However, brother just one small correction - 18th century means years from 1701-1800 So if you want to refer some years in 18xx then it's 19th century We are currently in 21st century :-) And it's "Dim-er devil" or "Egg Devil" not dimer anda (as in Bengali dim means anda)

The choice of places are really good ,except for our famous biriyani u have touched almost all our heritage foods which has been there for ages,and you havent particularly gone to trending n commonplace street foods which is going viral allmost everywhere.
It's not mustard sauce it's called kasundi ,pungent in taste as compared to mustard sauce. You just need to dip slightly.Its called singhara and not samosa again taste slightly different from samosa
You did research the places, but you didn't research eating places well. Not eating at Chitto Babu'r Dukaan in dacres lane, not having diamond fish fry, is lack of research and a great miss when you visit dacres Lane... hope you come better prepared and don't miss iconic places.

Apne Arun da ka veg khana lia ha bahat accha ha and unka non veg bhi ha alag dukan ha lane ka start ma ... and he makes some good tasty food
