Not sure you need any but you need to have them all in your application, the grants details and your personal statement if the grant does not cover all expenses.

I believe transcript is a full compilation of your results from first year to last, meaning that you must have finished school before it can be produced. I’m not sure when Tolu got his but it was after I graduated that I was able to request for my transcript.
You know what? Your guest did not tell us how he did it. He told us how we should do it or may be you didn't let him tell us how he did it. He didn't tell us if the class and choice of his first degree affected his application. He did not tell us how we got in touch with the professor who offered him a fully funded course or may be you didn't allow him to get to that part. He did not tell us how many setbacks he encountered. The topic says "How to Get a Fully Funded Scholarship" and after the video, nothing said really addressed it instead it was more of a motivational speech.
Charles, u have to apply to the college, submit your transcripts, to get accepted. U should contact the director of admissions and asked the necessary questions.

Tell them what you are interested in studying and ask them if they have scholarships. If you do not have the money, try and attend a conference, then when you are there you can look around for a sponsor for a job.
