      You mean raw quince? No, they have to be cooked

    Did you use the liquid that was left in the pan in addition to the liquid you drained from the hanging fruit to get the 7 cups of juice? I assume you poured the pan liquid through the cheesecloth as well.

    One more question. How many 8 oz jars did you make with the 7 cups of juice and 2 cups of sugar? I've got my juice ready to go!
