I love these ideas! And here I thought “mix and match” only applied to wardrobes. 😂
Lol...yes great way of describing putting things together, mix and match, love it!
Oh girl you know once I start watching I can’t look away. I always know you’re going to make something extremely out of the box. Frita looks great!!❤
I totally agree! I miss her videos and will rematch old ones till a new one comes out!
Freda ! I love your videos
Thank you so much Christy! I truly appreciate you.
Thank you so much Keesha!
I loved it all! Especially the tray with the vintage art and the tray with the plate (pinks) in the center. ❤ First time I've heard of Frida, and I'm 68!
Hi Vicki!!! Thank you so much for your comment! I love when people learn new things. I learn everyday, glad you found Frida!
The Frida tray was spot on, as well as all the other projects! I'm having a hard time deciding which was my favorite. Every project was put together with items that look like they were made for each other. Those kind of projects make my heart happy when that happens for me.
Awe, thank you so much and I love your user name!
I love Frida she's my fave! Every single item I make with her on it sells! I've done jewelery boxes, flower pots, ornaments, kitchen spoons, pocket posies etc. I have the same napkins. I also love the terrarium. 😍
What’s Fridas full name, please 25:28
@@user-mq1ly9xq7cshe said her full name which was Frida Callo but not sure of the spelling!
@@PaigeNicoleKomar Kahlo

Frida Kahlo
I love the way you use vintage dishes. They're beautiful. That's a great way to enjoy them and they're functional. So creative. The terrarium is gorgeous. Freda may not be my style but what a creative way to transform the tray.
Thank you so very much, yes they are useful which I love too! Thank you for the wonderful comment.
I loved the tray with the frame in center. Love them all really. 😊❤❤❤❤💯💯
Thank you so much Susan!
I am obsessed with green!! Love your projects! Beautiful job❤😘
Hi Teresa! Yay a fellow green lover! Thank you for sharing and watching!
For handles on your tray.....go to someplace like Lowe's or Home Depot and buy some of their heavy copper
wire, maybe quarter inch. You can find it in the section where they have to cut the wire for you. You could also use a smaller wire twisted together. (Also from that same section!) Then you would be able to decoratively twist the ends as they go into the tray. You'll have to experiment! Frida Kahlo was a Mexican artist, married twice to the famous Mexican mural artist Diego Rivera! She did many self portraits as seen on your tray, but she also did florals similar to the saucer in the previous project! Display the two together!
If you run into another warped painting, slightly spray water on the back and weight it down to dry!
Thank you for all the information! Love this comment! Great idea for handles as well.
You really have a knack for putting these things together. Different styles, etc. You are really good at this. I personally wouldn't have a place for Frida but it's adorable. The thing about art is you never know where it will fit until you put it there!
Thank you so much. Yes I agree you don't really know where you might have a place for Art! Great analogy!
I absolutely love the Granny Chic piece. That is adorable ❤
Thank you Tanja for always commenting! Yes the Granny Chic is lovely and so nostalgic for me.
Frieda! Love ALL the projects but my favorite is No. 1 as well! I love watching you paint, it’s magical!!
Thank you so very much for this lovely comment!
Love your terrarium, the way you married the artwork and plate to the trays, the risers, and the Frida Kahlo tray makeover. Well, I guess that's everything you did!
Awe, thank you so very much!
I'm not normally the biggest fan of the Frieda art, but that tray did turn out really cute!
Thank yo so much!
Great homage to Freda! I loved watching you play around with matching up bases with dishes and bowls. It is interesting to see how we put things together. I would have it a little different on some but they turned out great!
Thank you and yes this comment is what I love! I love that you would have used different bases based on watching me pick out what I used, I love it! Thank you so much for sharing and for watching!
Girl you outdid yourself with these projects! I loved them all and wouldn't change a thing about any of them! You have given me so many ideas! Thank you!!! :-)
Hey Jamie! Thank you so much as always!
I like all of them
We love playing with odd junk too & thanks for sharing your upbeat spirit with us.
Yay! Love it, playing with odd junk describes me to a T. I appreciate you Nancy!

Love them All !!!
Thank you Bonnie!
Really cute upcycles
Thank you so much Brigette!
Oh my goodness. I just can't make up my mind as to which is my favorite! I love them all. ❤❤
Awe, thank you so very much!
I love all your projects . You amazed me with the transformation of the last project ; the Frida tray . Thank you for sharing.
Awe, thank you so much!
Great ideas they turned out beautiful!
Frida. 😊 I especially liked the framed artwork on the octagon tray. Very pretty.
Thank you so much, love the PirateNurse!
Since you asked, I’d love seeing Freda with twisted rusty-crusty wire for handles or even old barbed wire (ouch). Another idea might be antiqued gold beads on wire so they don’t droop too much, that sort of match her earrings. Third idea would be rub ‘n buff hardware handles. Probably at least tea stain the fabric "handles" you have now since she’s rather rustic, it might flow nicely. Thank you for all your hard work. ❤
Yes, thank you for the feedback. That is a great idea for the handles and tea staining the fabric! I appreciate the time you took to share this info and for watching!
Pretty pretty things!!! Great video friend!!!❤️❤️❤️
I absolutely love all these. I can’t even pick 1 . Wow. And I don’t give that kind of opinion about anybody’s crafts so great job.
Wow! Thank you so very much. I truly appreciate this comment!

Lady!,
You have once again outdone yourself!!! After each project I would declare that’s my favorite. 😅 Love them all. You have such a great eye for pairing pieces together. TFS. 😊😍 ♥️Frida♥️
Awe, thank you so much I truly appreciate your comment.
Sharon, these projects are just wonderful. Love them all, but I am a plant person, so the terrarium is my very favorite. Love the color, love the nature aspect of it, and love how you put it together! Thanks for sharing your ideas and talent for grouping items together. It’s always a treat to find a new video from you. Happy 4th!
Hello Sarah! Thank you so much! Glad to hear you are a plant person too!! I appreciate you watching and commenting.
I love all of your project and Frida looks great!!!!
Thank you so much Roxy!!!
Love these!!
Thank you!
Trays are one of my fave things to redo! I get a set of 5 very large unfinished wooden nesting trays on Amazon from anywhere from $14-20 depending on the day 🤪 the largest one is like 10"x16" so they are ALL great sizes and my fave thing to do is paint them, distress them, then use roycycled paper or transfers... You did a beautiful job on ALL of these and you're so dang creative!
Hello Paige, wow those trays sound great for projects with papers. Thank you so much for sharing that info and for watching!
I love the risers and the ($1.50) coral tray with poppies plate. Frida turned out great, too!
Thank you!
Everything is so pretty. 😊
Thank you!
Absolutely love all of these! Frida is beautiful
Thank you so much Lorrianna!

Yay! Thank you Janice for commenting and so happy you are inspired!
I love the Frida tray. So so creative!!! I think red ribbon would look great as a handle; the pinstripe is like a different genre; boho vs. cottage. But it's gorgeous.
Great idea!Thank you so much!
Freda tray is amazing! Thanks for sharing ❤️
Thank you so much!
Love, love, LOVE this video. I'm also not a bright colours person, but this Frida tray turned out great!

I would even use one of those small bowls, or risers, as a SOAP DISH.
Great idea, thank you so much!
Your imagination is over the top impressive. I do believe I'm addicted ❤❤❤
Thank you so much! I love this comment.
Love what you did on the tray with the pic in the center! ❤❤❤
Thank you so much Carol!
I was thinking Frida would look good with some vintage gold handles on her tray. That’s what came to mind for me immediately. I actually envisioned specific vintage handles that I saved off of a discarded curbside vintage or antique piece on the side of the road. (I sure did remove every bit of hardware at night in the middle of a thunderstorm. I believe it was worth it even if I got sick. 😂) They have a small rose design in the very center of the handle and a good shape. Nothing too fancy to take away from the image and they would tie in nicely with the Gold Rub-n-Buff you added. In many of her self portraits she painted florals and my brain just went straight to those gorgeous vintage handles with the simple rose design in the center.
I do think that the handles you chose tie in well with the design as is already and don’t need to be changed but if you do decide to change them
out, please share with us. I would like to see what you decide to go with.
I love all of your videos and everything that you do, seriously. You wow me in every video. In every video I can ALWAYS envision something I can use a technique, style, product(s), colors or items that you’re using to create something for my home, a loved one, for gifts, to sell, to make for fun, to practice or whatever the case may be. I have learned so much from watching you and have thoroughly enjoyed learning it. You have an amazing eye and a great talent. Not to mention your out of the box thinking and the fact that you share items that can fit in several different styles. I sincerely cannot get enough of your videos. I’m pretty sure I have watched them all at this point, several more than once, except for some of the Christmas ones. That’s just because I cannot bring myself to watch any Christmas videos right now. Soon though. I hope you keep the videos coming because I definitely plan to continue watching. 💚💚💚💚💚
Wow! Thank you so very much for this wonderful comment! Great idea on the Freda handles and yes she painted a lot of florals in her art. I love to do different styles, so happy you like that!
Loved all your projects. Especially FRIDA KAHLO !!! ❤❤❤

F.....My my my, Girl, you are fantabulous! I loved the tray with the green edges and vintage artwork in the middle. The terrarium was a very cool looking piece. I loved all your pretty bowles and plates, I want to start collecting them. I really thought the tray with the plate in the middle was so pretty. Would be gorgeous as a wall piece. The Freda piece of course was awesome with your creative paint techniques. Some splash of bright color is always nice now and then. Good for the soul 😊
Thank you Tomasine, agreed doing some brights is good for the soul. You know I appreciate you.
Oh my, Freda❤
Thank you!
Hi Sharon! Freda! I love that one! She turned out so nice! The risers are all spot on. Love them. And that pink/peach (I think it’s pink) painted on the silver tray with the scallops, I love that one. I’m a silver girl. And I love rub n buff. But I’d want to do some silver high lighting. Okay my dear. See ya next time Sharon! Take care!
❤️💜💚
Thank you and yes silver would be beautiful too. I used to only love silver when I was much younger. I need to do more silver in my projects. Thank you for always being in the comments!
Oh my gosh!! That book of swatches just changed my life !❤ all my paints are in a box & its a pain to go thru them to see if i have the color i have in mind ❤❤❤
Btw i LOVE your creativity and originality ❤❤❤ cant wait to watch all your other videos
Awe, thank you so much! Yes I use to have swatches on wood rounds, spoons etc. and it was too hard to take all of them to compare to my project so that is where the book came in. Again, thank you for the wonderful comment!
I loved your paint washed Frida tray! I 'm thinking velvet ribbon handles would be a nice touch. Enjoyed all of your upcycles!

I just have to say the dog you showed with a ball in his mouth is an exact copy of my dog. Same face same ball😂. So I subscribed and I hope u show your dog. It’s so sweet and shows the kindness in your heart
WELCOME!!! So happy you are here! Thank you so much. I love this comment. I thought about showing Chloe, but I didn't want people to think I am pushing her on them. I knew people could hear the noise and wanted to explain, plus I love her so much, she is like my dog. My son lives with us and when he works or is gone she is by my side. I really appreciate you telling me to show her ❤️
Your Frida project was fun!
