I genuinely don’t understand how she isn’t there already. She’s my favorite upcycler, and I feel like everyone knows her. How is she not up over 100k yet? 😩
@@RustAndStardustDesigns yes, I have been watching for a long time. She only had a few followers when I found her channel. I have to say she is my favorite as well. I really look forward to her videos! I believe she will go over 100,000 this year, and she sure deserves it!
Oh wow I loooove the butterflies on your first project! What a beautiful match-up with the frame and the paper! And you know I just LOVE when you do those dried flower arrangements behind the glass of a frame! Oh Yvonne, it came out lovely! Gorgeous job on these projects today!
I kept hearing something and I couldn’t tell what it was but I could tell that it was coming from my phone then I finally realized it was most likely taters cause he seems to be with the one that hangs with you the most right now it was so sweet
The rice paper picture with butterflies is gorgeous. But ever since I helped my daughter hunt wildflowers for biology project many years ago, I have a special place in my heart for them. These flowers look amazing in that beautiful frame. You never disappoint me on any of your work. Nana Brenda
Yvonne! Do you ever sleep???? That creative brain just never stops ❤ my dried floral frame hangs proudly on my wall for all to see!!!! Those butterflies 😳 I thought you were crazy, couldn’t see it, NOW I DO!!!! 😂❤❤❤
Boy, Am I glad I found your channel ! These are such great ideas. And the thing is. Everybody has pretty frames laying around. Thank you for the tip now. We can be prettifull too.
I love it when you do frames. Dried flowers are some of my favorites, look so good with the wood. Both of those frames are so pretty. The butterflies really brought interest to the picture, the colors were perfect. You have great sight. God Bless you and hubby. Hugs, Rebekah
The gold oval frame with florals under the glass is not my style at all BUT it gave me some ideas for a frame I have (with glass) and had no idea what to do. I really love the frame, it's handmade, carved and woodburned and deserves much better than the cheap, mass-produced print it contained when I bought it. Now I know what to do, thank you Yvonne!
Hi Yvonne, you're video today prompted a question if I may ask. Can you use antiquing wax or aging wax on a really white picture matt to age it and not look so new? I'm trying to match it up to my vintage inspired floral prints. Thanks in advance. I know your super busy🌼
Test the back of it on a little area first to see if you get the look you want. I’d probably do a clear wax first so that I may control the aging. Can always add more aging wax.. a paper matte would soak it in . Hope that helps
WOW, what a vision you have for these very special projects...loved both of them. The butterflies on the first one really took it to the next level, and can I say, the second oval one was exquisitely done also. Your work is wonderful. Would love to find one of those oval frames. Wanda in FL.
The frame with the butterflies is beautiful! I don’t know if you have a Cricut, but you can print and cut where the cricket will cut the objects for you. Great for intricate designs.
When I was a little girl in the sixties, my mother found some petrified wood that looked so similiar to your 'roots'. They were like stone and immpossible to cut but she used them to create a decorative tree which was the rage back then. Using large tree branches dabbed with gold paint and glitter and wrapped with white xmas lights, she wired clusters of grapes and beautiful tropical flowers on the branches, along with vines and leaves. The petrified wood was heavy and part of the base along with some spanish moss and cement set the entire sculpture. Was dazzling and elegant in our hall entrance! Love all of these projects you created today! You have such a keen eye for color and texture while incorporating nature into your designs! Gorgeous!
Awe Sweet Tater❤😺❤️Both of these frames are so Beautiful with the flowers, moths & that gorgeous paper!!! Love how you do what you do including taking care of back & hanging system!! I’m wondering if I can paint felt in a jewelry box the way you did on the burgundy ?!?❤
Great ideas, especially the one with the dried flowers! Loved that, however I think the best one was Tater!!!!! P.S. your hair looks absolutely gorgeous!
Beautiful frame perfect for the Butterflies. Couldn’t help but notice, girl, you are going to go over 100,000 this year! So proud of you.
That is a dream of mine.. thank you 💝
