Yes, there are some bad areas in the DR that have higher crime rates than others. Crime, corruption, discrimination, police brutality and border issues all these issues should be talked about.
Fortunately, we talk about what we want to, on this channel. If you want information on the issues you named they have Dominican news channels thats readily available for that. That should be your go to source for what's happening in DR. Not my channel. I don't report the news. I report my experience and my lifestyle. That's all you're going to get here.
@@JayAbroad No one is asking you to report the news YOUNG MAN just speak about the pros and cons of certain areas- the good or bad. You're correct if one doesn't read the news, you're uninformed I do read about local matters in the areas. I simply would appreciate some of your insight about the local issues.
Brother, things happen here just like anywhere else. Nothing in my opinion especially in what you named is excessive enough to a point, where I'm overly concerned about my safety, my respect as a human being in this country, or our day-to-day life living here, that I feel the need to give my insight on. It's definitely not on the level of the US. If I didn't feel like this then I wouldn't be here. Basic common sense, self-awareness, and using good judgment to me is all you need. This is not a warzone. All too often, all we want to talk about is negativity and it's not to be informed but to spew nonsense and my channel will not be a dumping ground for people's verbal diarrhea. What I think about the Dominican border is not going to change what's going on, so what's the purpose? My thoughts on corruption, is it going to change anything? Talking about any of these topics is a waste of time because no one on TH-cam is going to do anything about it except talk and get people riled up to do absolutely nothing. Brother, I'm focused on positivity, prosperity, and abundance without being naive about life. Dominican Republic's problems are for the Dominicans to fix. Not mine, they don't need any input from me therefore I have no business giving my opinion on it. That's my insight. Enjoy the rest of your day brother!
@@JayAbroad YOUNG MAN thank you for your nonchalant and simplistic answers to my questions. A will contact a realtor and read more of the local news. Stay Strong!
