A fly wheel wont help. I have an idea you can try. Use a 24v dc motor..220v generator. Have an invertor to. A 24v motor to an invertor to produce 220v. This then can be used to rotate the the 220v motor and generator. Or you can play with this devices. I think theres a way you will arive at a self rotating machine
