This definitely looks fulfilling I don't eat noodles but I would definitely try this if only I knew the recipe for the broth I can add the rest to it for my taste of chicken

Nice you're in my home state 🤙but come to the Big Island if you really want to try the biggest ramen in Hawaii its called the "Sumo Min" at Kens House Of Pancakes in Hilo 🍜I wish more food bloggers would venture farther out then just Oahu we got great food also on the other islands 😉
What I dnt understand is why didn't she mix up her vegetables in with the noodles? Or put some of the vegetables aside so she can get to the noodles. Other than that it looks really good!!
