Hi Cam and Steve . . . . . this visit that ya'll made for steak is my absolute favorite - - not because of your shoutout (which i do appreciate!!!) - - but because i'm just a meat and potatoes guy more than anything else . . . . everything ya'll tried really whetted my appetite for having a ribeye and mashed potatoes for lunch tomorrow before the 3 o'clock packers game (my saints have a bye) . . . . . i'll have to make a trip to kroger's for the steak & potatoes because we lost our Chili's years ago (it's now a mexican restaurant) . . . the one place that i used to routinely go to for steak shut down because it didn't survive the pandemic . . . we still have a couple of other establishments that do steak . . . but i can pan fry one myself just as good or better than they can do . . . . and for less cost as well . . . . . i'm very happy that ya'll hit the jackpot with your Chili's visit . . . . . please make my vote for BBQ . . . .fortunately, starkville has one bbq joint that makes outstanding pulled pork that pairs so well with their cole slaw . . . .
