Yea it’s hard as a beginner, but one of the few games where you don’t stop improving. I’ve been playing almost 10 years now 😅 but had many year long breaks
Just saw this vid, hey man I’m new to csgo and how do I change my sensitivity using the command box thing? I’m tryna find a vid with good sens to change it but I just don’t know
Hey, so the command is “sensitivity [your sens]” eg im “sensitivity 0.9”. I would make it something uncomfortably low, then too high, then narrow it down til you feel comfortable with it and keep it the same
@@spdycs thx for relying man I appreciate it. If I change that sensitivity you have to 0.9 will it mix up with the sensitivity of mouse in settings?. I will try out that sens, I’m looking for something that feels smooth and not to fast since my sens is a bit fast
@@perezzander6968 if you type sensitivity and hit enter it should display whatever your current sens is, and id just try something a bit lower than that number. Your mouse dpi might be different too, so your 0.9 may not be the same as my 0.9. There are plenty of TH-cam videos on the topic I’d recommend having a browse
@@spdycs xd, actually 60 cm is pretty low I play fps games in range of 30-80 cm depends on tracking and dynamic needs. Week ago I switched back to 60 and it felt fast asf couldn't hit deagle heads. Before was playing on 67 for 60% of my fps journey then 40. tried to play all games same sens and only now realized how much progress I lost in tracking and other aspects if switched sens'es
If you mean finding your sensitivity, it’s fairly simple imo. Turn off raw accel (can use it particularly if you tune for 180 situations but for starting out I’d keep it off). Set the sens to something uncomfortably low, then same but high, and find the middle point of those values. Then from that sens, I would play with it in a deathmatch or something, then play a bit higher, also then a bit lower and you’ll find one of them feels the best or most natural. Then fine tune it if you want or just keep to that value and don’t change it! Sens is 100% personal and whatever you need it to be.
Regarding finding the really high and low sens values for you, I would also narrow each of these towards the middle until they’re each doable. So you want the highest sens before you know you can’t use it, and also the lowest sens before you can’t use it…. if that makes sense (pununinteded)
