The team used English instead of Chinese to communicate and actually won an international event (MSI 2015), against a prominent SKT. I'm not entirely sure why they chose English, but it must of worked for them. He also spoke to Rekkles frequently over Skype and has said on stream multiple times that he wants to learn more.
