Console gamers discover the concept of budget rigs (circa 2025) If it works, why toss it? The economy is already bad enough, and they're still being supported. IF ANYTHING, we need to start reproducing older consoles again. There's a market for that shit.
I just bought a IPS screen GBA. I'm not into making clone cartridges at the moment, I've only used flash carts, but I like the idea of physical media and if there's a market it might make sense (not the existing original games that flippers and collectors ruined the market for everyone else for)
Especially since we're really reaching a ceiling in terms of pure graphical detail. This stuff gets expensive . This is how a game like Tears of the Kingdom can be made for the budget it was made for on a gaming tablet, yet it still feels bigger and more detailed than many PS5/Xbox games to the point that even developers of those games were impressed by what the Switch was still able to pull of at this stage in its life.

Kinda. It costs more than it did at launch (no mid-gen Slim price drop as all previous gens did) and conversely has fewer games than every other generation at this point. You're literally paying more for less; that's enshittification at work as it applies to consoles, not just the online part.

I love my PS4 slim. Kept it on all the time sometimes for 2 weeks straight when I was in college. It wasn’t in a well ventilated area of the room but I never had any trouble with it. To this day this thing is a beast.
Yeah they are well made even if they get noisy over time. If it's been used that heavily I bet it'd benefit from being opened, cleaned, thermal paste and heat pads (on the MOSFETs/RAM) changed.
Had a buddy give me his PS4 Slim after it crashed in exchange for my Xbox One. If yours ever has an issue and crashes, upgrade your internal HDD to a 2.5" SATA SSD. it'll also give it a little extra loading speed
Well that depends on the games we get on the ps6 If we get good games then it might last for a good while. A console relies on good games, blockbusters. The ps2 lived till like 2016. there was still games being released up till the mid 2010's. Fifa being one of em But if you ask me the console market will be dead by then. Or the whole gaming market. By this point the ps5 should cost less than 300, but it's the same price 500ish , I know you can find ways to get one cheap, but it's still being sold for more than 400 new. If the ps6 cost 500 or more it's ok, but if it's gonna cost 500 for 4 years then I might as well spend 200 more on a good pc or laptop. Steam can provide games for eternity I'm 100% console player, but Sony doesn't seem to care about me ,the consumer. So why give em my money
Literally the most interesting good thing to me about the PS5 is if you get a jailbreakable one, how many 30FPS games can have the frame cap removed and play at a locked 60FPS, including enormous ones like _Red Dead Redemption II_ . The PS5 itself has almost no library and costs more than what it did at launch, not less. Previous generations usually had a price drop around the mid-gen Slim launch point but this hasn't happened in the PS5 era. For a lot of people there's no incentive to upgrade, and for those that did I'd like to think a lot of people worked out it was a bit of a swindle/con because they're playing the exact same games they did on the PS4 they just sold to help fund the PS5.
That s why you don t assume new hardware will have what you want. That s why you dont buy new stuff until you are sure it is useful for you and it has the games you want.
@RAKUNTU I don't know man, I really do think that it's up for debate. The ps4 did give us great games, but alot of remakes also. In my opinion the ps4 is better than the ps3 , but the ps3 did bring alot of new IP wich the ps4 then expanded on, Now that I think about you. I think you're right
My PS4 Pro has become on my favorite consoles of all time, not because of its power but because of its amazing library, in my opinion only behind the PS2 and we're still going to get more content I'm looking forward to this year. I have nearly 190 games + 30 Classics - thousands of hours of content and backlog I haven't played yet. The best part is that the cross gen games barely look downgraded outside of resolution unlike the difference between previous gens where some games would even come with less content on the previous gen because they couldn't fit it all in. Also, the console could beat the PS2's 13 years of support if it keeps getting games after October 2026.
Great comment. I love my PS4 Pro too, probably because it's jailbroken and you can do lots of fun stuff with it like save editing, adding mod menus to certain games, unlocking the FPS. I've had an up and down relationship with the PS4 but now it can do all that and more it's close to how much I like my CECHA PS3 with custom firmware. As games are often designed with crossgen in mind and devs are so experienced making games for the PS4 platform, you end up with a usually good looking, optimised PS4 version. The PS5 version looks and runs a little better (more likely to run 60FPS if the PS4 version is 30FPS) but isn't significantly different unless you're really into pixel peeping. It's more of a "cherry on the top" version or has raytracing when personally I never notice if RT is there unless I stop and look, and most games aren't about stopping and looking for long periods. I think it's proof that to most gamers graphics have been "good enough" for around a decade now, and only PC gamers who need the most resolution and frames they can get to justify their expensive setups because they've fetishised gaming so much really care about being on the bleeding edge, which is why a 5090 which uses an insane 600 watts of power and costs a few grand, plus relies on fake frames and upscaling seems crazy to me but will sell well to that crowd. For me 1080p60 is still basically fine, and with a jailbroken PS4 Pro quite a few games will push to 60FPS including the port of _Red Dead Redemption_
@@garydiamondguitarist My Pro is also jailbroken... on 9.00. Initially, I was unimpressed with the PS4 but by 2017 there was enough games I was interested in so I finally got one, I think I had only like 10 games in mind originally. Nowadays, almost all IPs that I like have marked their presence on the PS4 whether it's a sequel or remaster/remake/ enhanced version. And of course some of the new IPs I ended up enjoying too. On top of this, thanks to the jailbreak we can also make our own classics for some PS1 and PS2 games, compatibility is hit or miss but when it works it works really good. Save editing has also proven to be useful on PS4 because of the live service games. Without it, I wouldn't be able to unlock all the content from Hitman and Crash Team Racing since you can't go online with a JB.
Barely is an understatement. New games won't last on ps4. Very soon you won't even be able to get 30fps. It's time to abandon the console if you want to play new games.
@@TheFool12-12your username is apt if all you care about are new games. Go pick up a GBA and get in touch with good gameplay, stop fetishizing graphics Edit: and maybe dust out your computer/ PlayStation/ Xbox every so often. I bet your computer is suffocating in a gob of dust and dog hair

Not only that, but there are a lot of PS5-tier games that I've seen run on the Steam Deck at or around 30fps, albeit in an often unoptimized state. FF7 Rebirth for example just announced that it is Steam Deck Verified. Based on the Nvidia leaks, the Switch 2's Portable Mode is specced to run at a similar level as Steam Deck. This means if a PS5 game can run on Steam Deck... it's going to come to Switch 2.
@@scaryhobbit211 NIce. Maybe modders can also make Winlator run on it! If Winlator runs well on Android phones, something with the power of a Steam Deck should be suitable too.
So? Just because a console is still in production, that doesn't mean it's still relevant. The NES was in production until 1995, and by that time Gen 5 had already started.
@XanderVJ I am only disagreeing with what he said in the introduction that it only takes a year or two of supporting the previous console after the release of the new Gen, it's not true.
I was speaking about major AAA releases, of cause fifa’s or LEGO games continue to drop on pastgen, but other than that, mainstream developers (in the past) started to ignore past gen in 1-2 years Right now - situation is completely different
@LeShykk Ubisoft and Activision are not AAA studios?because they kept releasing their top franchise games for Ps3 and xbox360 for many years after 8th was already on the market
back in those days cross gen games while sharing the same name were actual 2 different games, ps4/ps5 games are literally the same so most would go for the cheaper option
Another problem with moving people to PS5 from ps4 was it was almost impossible to get one for like the first year due to shortages in components and scalpers by the time people actually could get there hand on it. Most games are still being released on PS4. It’s like starting a marathon with your shoes tied together
I think the current stagnation of game technology development will only lead to a more significant crisis in the game industry. What can the theoretical PlayStation 6 offer us now? Just more power? Then what is the fundamental difference between PC and PS6? The leap from PlayStation 1 to PlayStation 2 in terms of graphics was the most noticeable. The PlayStation 4 had peaked in this area - and that's when Sony needed to look for something new. But, as we can see, that didn't happen. Anyway, thanks for an interesting video on a non-obvious topic!
@@ExcellentHousekeeper Not even close. As a matter of fact the jump from Console Generation 6 to 7 was when diminishing returns in graphical evolution started. The jump was still large, but not as large as the jump from Gen 5 to Gen 6 was.

Just yestarday I powered-on my first base PS4 (~10+ years old)... It spent the last few years in the hands of friend of mine...but behold...it finally found it's way home - weary, dusty, never cleaned up... I quickly wiped some dust and powered it on...and hoy boy, did it purred like little kitty...this console is really something to behold ❤
It's gonna be a travesty when it does eventually shut down, there's allot of games exclusive to the ps3 that you won't be able to get legitimately after it shuts down.
Considering the Switch 2's hardware will be PS4 levels of power, the hardware is basically still living on for another decade+, just on a completely different platform from a completely different company lol Switch 1 may have had some problems but for the most part it was still an incredible console with some ports being genuinely impressive, and I don't doubt it'll be the same here on Switch 2 especially with how PS4 specs still hold up surprisingly almost perfect today.
The ps5 doesn't have games, doesn't have good ui,no extra features or even basic features, no customization options especially on the home screen, useless and expensive accessories, Sony making AWFUL decisions on many things since 2019-2020.... Gee l wonder why this "next gen era" is awful... The ps5 compared to ps4 and ESPECIALLY ps3 is SUCH a pathetic console...
@naii_ your right. I was thinking about the first game. I didn't play the second game at all really because it really wasn't good at all. I care more about a good game than high fps and graphics
Great video! I genuinely believe that without the PS4 backwards compatibility it would be more obvious to *everybody* that the PS5 has almost no library at all - yeah there's gems such as the two _Astro_ titles, _Retunal_ , _Spider-Man 2_ but these are few and far between. We're halfway into the ninth gen, it's a total nothing burger, and people are subconsciously writing it off by talking about the two sixes - PS6 and _GTA VI_ - because it seems like nothing is exciting to them until those get here. This is the first time in a generation I've seen anyone do this, and I've been gaming since about the third (Master System/NES). I think there are even more reasons for this insanely long crossgen period than the video describes though, let me take a moment to try and pick out some for anyone bothered to read several paragraphs :- * Sony went down a Live Service rabbithole while on Jim Ryan's watch; it went deeper than _Concord_ as we're seeing from cancelling LS versions of _The Last Of Us_ and _God of War_ so there will be more - that's part of his legacy. All that work pushed into multiplayer so there's a dearth of the sorts of wonderful single player experiences Sony are known for. * Then there's the pandemic; this really slowed down games in production from about 5 years ago so we're still feeling the effects now. Double Fine basically acknowledges this in not so many words during the course of _PsychOdyssey_ which is well worth a watch if you want to learn more about how hard video games are to develop. * Crunch culture, although horrendous, meant games could be completed in short time frames and let's be brutually honest, probably helped them cost less to make because of the amount of unpaid overtime going on, devs sleeping under their desk and whatnot. As good as it is for the creatives that this has been mostly stamped out, it means games are slower to develop and cost more as a result. * The price of consoles never really went down, across the board. In fact PS5 prices went up slightly, twice so in Japan. The sort of people who'd wait for the mid-gen hardware refresh and price drop to upgrade just never did, because it never came; the Slim cost what the outgoing launch models did. I could literally keep going but it's already an essay and I doubt anyone will read it all anyway 😂 just a gaming enthusiast who finds it odd what's happened to the industry. The golden era of gaming ended several years ago basically.
The reason is not what people are saying "next gen is not strong enough or dev are lazy to utilize ps5 power" no the real reason is "game cost is gets higher with every gen and its so ridiculously high now that they have no choice to sell it to ps4 audience as well just to survive"
@@flamestoyershadowkillSteam is definitely starting to do that, the Steam Deck melds the line of a pc and handheld. And there probably making a console variant of the Steam Deck right now.
We are at that plateau now on graphics. Can't really go any higher. I seen this coming at around 2015. Stuff is still the same since 2012 really. My PS3 is pretty dang close to what we play today
I'd say the next jump is something like path tracing, but we're still having issues with stuff like Ray tracing so idk, feels like it's mostly been about lighting for a while
@@chriswright8074he says graphics in how the game manages to be realistic or detailed, not performance or resolution, although those two are also very important
I agree. The only generational leap that'll impress me is AI-related. I'd like to see NPCs evolve to the point we could chat with them through a headset. Maybe another 10 years.
@ I'm saying that PS4 is PS2 for 2010s kids, because they are similar in sales, library and even cultural impact, and not the graphics and hardware because they are different.
@@Fencer_Nowa there are many cancelled last gen PS3/XBOX360 ports of next gen games. The Crew had a PS3 version planned but it was scrapped (would probably look like the XBOX360 version), Dying Light and Mortal Kombat X would have compromised versions but after being announced they straight-up canceled them.
so it was dropped pretty fast then as they never saw past the announcements. Not really comparable to getting actually the fully fledged next gen games with minimal of no compromises.
i think playstation's peak has been reached since PS4 pro (and PS5). we got highest resolution and framerates, better graphics etc. i felt sorry for ps3 for being a test ground for HD gaming.
Why would you feel sorry for the PS3? It's awesome for so many reasons and the library still holds up. And personally I still get on better with the XMB than I do the PS4 Orbis UI which is similar but worse, or the PS5 UI which is much, much worse than either.
I upgraded to PS5 digital (the literal bottom of the barrel as far as PS5s go) precisely a week ago, and yeah I had that initial awe of, "OMG that looks so cool," and that lasted about 45 min. I still have my PS4, in pieces sure (big family drama), but against all odds still operational an entire 20 years later. The only reason I switched was cuz it got smashed, like as gored out a machine can be. Just like you mentioned, the scarcity of console exclusives really hurt my willingness to upgrade. Even now, I'm def super stoked to tear open Spider-Man 2 and Helldivers 2, but definitely the mass of my game library is dually offered on PS4 if a PS5 version even exists.
From PS3 to ps4 the graphics improved drastically, but the ps5 offers just bigger worlds and shadows and light improvements nothing eye popping, gta5 doesn't look way better on ps5
The fact that ps5 was not really available since late 22 is also a factor, making the gen feel like a 2 year old one instead of a 4 year old one. Thankfully 2023 and 2024 started having less games ported to ps4 ,so we are on the right path
I kinda wish games still released on PS2, I actually love the graphics the most the emotion engine has something special, and it is the perfect balance between not too realistic, not too expensive and you can express everything, from platforming, racing, horror etc.
The switch is depressing, it sucks any cash you have out of you simply for wanting 2 games, no matter the age, they never drop in price, and then you got to pay for downgraded online services, why did this console succeed, it didn’t deserve it, it’s no 80 usd 2ds with mario kart 7 preinstalled
ps4 looks almost as good as ps5 and ps5 has very few good new games, nothing that truly blows ur mind like ps4 had , plus alot of games still come out on ps4 so no reason to upgrade
PS4 tech is so good that its still powerful enough to port new games with downgrades ofcourse. The only games PS4 cant port are Unreal Engine 5 made games, but UE4 PS4 is Good.
The most exciting games I played last year were playable on the ps4 Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth, persona 3 Reload, Granblue Fantasy Relink, Metaphor Refantazio, Tsukihime Remake. Only Ps5 games I played last year was Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. PS5 just has very few next gen games I'm interested in but this year is looking good GTA 6, Assassin Creed Shadows, Mafia the Old Country, and Clair Obscur Expedition 33. I still think Ps5 was worth it since in 2023 Final Fantasy 16, Baldurs Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty all released I got a good 300+ hours of those quality over quantity I guess.

I'm holding onto my trusty ps4 slim and some shoe-boxes worth of physical games, and upgrading my aging rig a bit with the money I would have payed for a ps5. Granted it's not a big upgrade (R7 2700X & GTX1060 to R7 5700X3D & 6750XT) but I went with the logic that the PC can be used for other than gaming. Planning to either sell the outgoing parts or help my 16 yo nephew build his first rig around them.
Ghost of Tsushima looks great but it bored me a lot. It's basically no different, gameplay wise, from a modern assassin's creed game. RDR2 is still the gold standard of open world titles.
With bend studio recently cancelling their live service game, and they previously made motorstorm arctic edge, it would be the perfect time for a motorstorm reboot.
I think what will make or break the PS5 as a successful console is what Rockstar decides to release GTA VI on. It'll obviously break every record in existence the moment it comes out, no doubt. Now, if Rockstar only releases it on the new gen consoles, specially the PS5, without the PC version coming out for atleast a year afterwards, It'll boost the PS5 sales to sky high. And knowing Rockstar and how they admitted being heavily limited by the PS3 on their ambitions for GTA V, I think this is exactly what they'll end up doing.
Outside of graphics I feel like there hasn’t been a big “less limitation” jump that can make game designers go “hey we couldn’t do this mechanic on the ps4 hardware now we can” or is the game designers who don’t see it and go just “better graphics==better game”
That 117 millions are not exactly real, what i mean is a lot of those 117M are not active user buying games today and lot of those 117M are already on PS5. Devs have those number and they have a lot more sales on PS5 than on PS4. Some companies have even made those numbers public, PS4 does not sale too much games nowadays, and thats fine, PS4 was a GREAT console, but we need to get over it. For indies its cool tho.
I am so glad I opted to upgrade my gaming PC instead of wasting money on a guaranteed PS5 preorder back in 2020. Now unless I find one dirt cheap for pennies on the dollar. I will skip this current console generation.
Good review. But black myth wukong n cyberpunk, stellar blade, Elden ring ps5 is amazing. Phantom blade look likes is gonna be nice. But other than that that yes. They need drop more games. And relax on to many fighting games. I feel ps2 era had the most variety of choice.
The other common Sony critique which I happen to agree with is how narrow their genre window is. There's so many open world third person camera behind the shoulder type titles and although a lot of the first and second party games that fit into this catagory are good to great, you're a bit out of luck unless that's almost all you want to play. One of my favourite genres, the arcade racer (think stuff like _Need For Speed_ , _Burnout_ and _OutRun_ ) has really atrophied in the last 10-15 years and that's a shame. I basically have to go back to PS2 and PS3 eras to really get games that scratch that itch, which is fine because I love retro gaming, but seeing more new titles like this which build on the old formulas would be even better. I'd prefer that to yet another _Spider-Man_ game - not to dunk on those, they took the _Batman Arkham_ formula and polished it even further - but it's just so over-saturated at the moment.
The only thing I appreciate having a PS5 over a PS4 is that I don't feel like my house is going to blow up or that a chopper is about to make its landing right in front of me. Damn that thing was loud, even after taking good care of it and cleaning all the dust. Hopefully the PS5 will stay as silent as it is forever. We don't need the 10th gen of consoles yet, games have to still take full benefit of the current consoles, and hardware upgrades shouldn't be used as shortcuts for developing less-performant products.
PS4 really has felt more like a destination, rather than another step on the journey that I've otherwise been on for so many decades, watching gaming evolve every step of the way. Of course others are still going to keep chasing that mountain top, I get it. Boy do I get it.
Mic so close to your mouth and I listen every time your lips gets sepparated to say a word. I hate that sound lol, I'm leaving because of that but I already gave a like
The industry is just fucked right now. All they care about is selling the most copies possible. They're too afraid to take risks and actually making a good current gen looking game, instead they make sure it'll still run on the old ass ps4 to increase sales. People constantly bitch at somy for PS5 having no games, but the rest of the industry is worse. Look at fromsoft, still releasing games on ps4 in 2025... It's pathetic. Im glad this year we are getting GTA 6 and Ghost of Yotei, two games by two amazing devs who will absolutely take full use of the current hardware.
I've always been fine with the ps4 sticking around. If you have a regular ps4, not a slim, then you know wifi struggles hard on that thing. The ps4 slim and pro have 5ghz wifi, while the stock version has 2.4ghz which is abysmal for playing online games. It's why after like 2017, GTA V was a chore to play on. Could I have just upgraded to a used ps4 pro? Sure. But why would I when I can just get a new console that I can play all two of it's games on as well as all of the ps4s? The ps4 pro has boost mode which overclocks the system to help games play more at their targeted fps; ps5 plays ps4 games like that at default plus all of its extra power. Quite a lot of ps4 games also have a 60fps(and some 4K) ps5 patches. So you if a ps5 version does come out you, you can still just play the ps4 version which is mostly why people said the Last of Us 2 remastered was pointless since you could just play the ps4 version at 1080p w/ a locked 60fps on ps5 anyway. What I'm saying is I guess is that if you have a ps4 pro, you're fine. You don't need to spend more money to get a couple more frames especially if you already play with boost mode enabled. But if you have a slim or base model, a ps5 is the better upgrade and makes a world of difference. I still prefer to play the ps4 version of certain online games anyway since trying to play crossplay with pc players is an absolute nightmare lol.
I can't believe there are talks about the next generation of consoles already, when it feels like the current generation hasn't even really started. Like, where in tf are all the games?

Console gamers discover the concept of budget rigs (circa 2025)
If it works, why toss it? The economy is already bad enough, and they're still being supported. IF ANYTHING, we need to start reproducing older consoles again. There's a market for that shit.
For real, the nostalgia market for ps1 and ps2 is in full swing now. I bought a used ps2 slim and I'm playing that more than my ps4 now.
I just bought a IPS screen GBA. I'm not into making clone cartridges at the moment, I've only used flash carts, but I like the idea of physical media and if there's a market it might make sense (not the existing original games that flippers and collectors ruined the market for everyone else for)
@@Tudorgeable I wonder how expensive making those "clone cartridges" would be...

One Of The Reasons Some PS4 Users Haven't Upgraded To A PS5 Because It Is Still Ridiculously Expensive After 5 Years Released...😡😒
Kinda. It costs more than it did at launch (no mid-gen Slim price drop as all previous gens did) and conversely has fewer games than every other generation at this point. You're literally paying more for less; that's enshittification at work as it applies to consoles, not just the online part.
You can get a PS5 digital for like 380 bucks... Wtf are you talking about.

Imagine if the ps4 is hanging around this long, how long do you guys think a console like the ps5 with 60fps will last?
Until 2030 my prediction
Probably it will last the same like the PS4.
Even if the PS6 is around within 2 years, people will still buy some PS5
@@christbenitez8797 if sony still manufacter them
Well that depends on the games we get on the ps6
If we get good games then it might last for a good while.
A console relies on good games, blockbusters.
The ps2 lived till like 2016. there was still games being released up till the mid 2010's. Fifa being one of em
But if you ask me the console market will be dead by then.
Steam can provide games for eternity
I'm 100% console player, but Sony doesn't seem to care about me ,the consumer.
That s why you dont buy new stuff until you are sure it is useful for you and it has the games you want.
well ya since PS4 is technically the Last good generation

The ps4 did give us great games, but alot of remakes also. In my opinion the ps4 is better than the ps3 , but the ps3 did bring alot of new IP wich the ps4 then expanded on,
Now that I think about you.

It's not a year or two. 7th gen games remained in production upto 2019.
I was speaking about major AAA releases, of cause fifa’s or LEGO games continue to drop on pastgen, but other than that, mainstream developers (in the past) started to ignore past gen in 1-2 years

The leap from PlayStation 1 to PlayStation 2 in terms of graphics was the most noticeable. The PlayStation 4 had peaked in this area - and that's when Sony needed to look for something new. But, as we can see, that didn't happen.

I think there are even more reasons for this insanely long crossgen period than the video describes though, let me take a moment to try and pick out some for anyone bothered to read several paragraphs :-
* Sony went down a Live Service rabbithole while on Jim Ryan's watch; it went deeper than _Concord_ as we're seeing from cancelling LS versions of _The Last Of Us_ and _God of War_ so there will be more - that's part of his legacy.
I love my PS4! I never would have guessed it would outlive every console I have
I don't think even the PS6 will kill the PS4. It will be around until the PS6 Pro.
The reason is not what people are saying "next gen is not strong enough or dev are lazy to utilize ps5 power" no the real reason is "game cost is gets higher with every gen and its so ridiculously high now that they have no choice to sell it to ps4 audience as well just to survive"
The next gen should've been giving the freedom of pc to console allowing for things unthinkable on previous consoles.

Now, if Rockstar only releases it on the new gen consoles, specially the PS5, without the PC version coming out for atleast a year afterwards, It'll boost the PS5 sales to sky high.
It plays Gravity Rush 1+2 and Bloodborne.
I'll play on it until its jet engine whirrs no longer.
I miss japan studio...
Yo same! But gravity rush 2. It looks amazing on a 4k hdr tv.
2016 I bought a PS4 at a discount (€222 new). Had no idea that nine years later I still play it 😃
Still got my 2013 PS4 and I love it. I will probably just wait for the PS6 at this point
ps4? i'm still rocking my ps3!
Let's all agree that the PS4 is now officially the modern PS2. Lots of games, and a long service life.
Sony: "Why won't you die?!"
PS4: "PHYSICAL MEDIA, SON!"
12:15 there is one generation defining game tho, concord will be remembered for ages and did teach the entire industry how bad you can do it
I can't believe there are talks about the next generation of consoles already, when it feels like the current generation hasn't even really started. Like, where in tf are all the games?
I’m still playing my PS4 waiting on GTA 6 PS 5 bundle
as someone with a fat ps4 and a switch i dont think i need the ps5 at all so im just skipping this generation and just buy a ps6 a lil after it comes out cause one it surely will play ps5 games that i missed and two it will hold me for 7 more years
I used XBOX 360 from 2007 to 2020 then got a PS4 PRO i to skip PS5 wait for PS6 maybe that console won't need a stand for horizontal placement.
The Finals is now playable on PS4 🤯 My pc barely runs it 😅
What kind of next gen are you is a good ?????
how come persona 5 is the exception? it got release on ps3 and ps4
AMD's mighty jaguar !
PS5 came out in 2020 so it's actually been in the market for 5 years.
My favorite ps4 exclusive is Bloodborne because you know its an actual exclusive meaning not available on other platforms.
Ps5 would honestly be in a dire situation without ps4. Most of the games on ps5 are from ps4 witch is crazy.
Everything you said here is true in my opinion. I have the PS5, but I still game on my PS4 because of the games. Sure the PS5 have some great titles, but for some reason, the fun in most of the games were on the PS4. Thanks for this!
Thank you for watching!
The switch to kinda reminds me of the how the original Xbox what sort of like a weird spiritual successor to the original Dreamcast in a sense
ps4 quality, game prices, ps plus, and ps5 prices made me switch to a much better pc.
