    I 100% agree and back you when you say “I build for myself and not for the next person”. So many people always criticize of doing mods that are irreversible like chopping the rear stays and so on with “It may lose it’s value…” To who? NOT me. I pretty much have to tell them to mind their own business and kick rocks. Nice ride bud, you’ve made it YOURS.

    I just saw the video. I am purchasing a 48 and plan on doing something similar tank lift,, fatter, rear tire, drag bars, sick exhaust a shorty rear fender

  • @MrJruta
    @MrJruta 3 ปีที่แล้ว +19

    Great looking bike for sure! I LOVE the chopped frame and eventually I’ll have the guts to do mine lol.
    As far as I’m concerned nothing you did decreases the bikes value, ton of sportsters out there with untouched frames but I think it looks great chopped. Love the drag bars also, the seat? I’m on the fence with- I like them sitting in the frame (I know, not very comfortable) and I would add LED lights all the way around. Love it so far

    • @jpht.adventures
      @jpht.adventures  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for watching! The bike was actually uncomfortable with the drag bars and the seat you see in the video. But I changed it to a bigger one and now it’s extremely comfortable!
      Let me know if you ever chop yours up 🎉

    Solid effort, man. The rear fender has always ruined the look of Harley's in my opinion. I guess it was part of the subframe for taking a pillion. You have just cleared this up for me, so many thanks!
