Even a thumb size black hole could cause a nuclear blast that blow up several kilometers even if it appear for 1 second.

I dont understand. She used black hole but what was that afterwards? Like a residue effect of black hole?
black hole removes everything it touches including air. Once it went away the surrounding air rushed in to fill the vaccum creating a storm
