Thank you for sharing. I finally found a balance with medication, but it sure took a long time, and yes, caffeine affects folks with bipolar disorder quite a bit. I hope you continue to do well, but don't shut the door on medication if at some point down the road you hit a rough patch and find a good doctor or psychiatrist who is willing to work patiently with you to find the right medications and dosages.
