Distant vision - convex
Near vision - concave

no u r wrong
if distant vision is unclear [ muopia ] then concave lens are used and vice versa
if nearer objects are unclear then convex lens are used [ in Hypermetropia ]

Great session.
Excuse me mam a small correction at 25:13 .....we use concave lens because the lens we use is of a focal length such that it is equal to far point of myopic eye . now when the rays which we get from infinity (real far point at infinity) will converge at the focal point of the lence which is equal to the far point of miopic eye. Now this image at focal point serves a object for the eye lens (virtual object) .the rays from image gets converge on retina . and our brain makes a erect image of the object
also similar for Hypermetropia . we use concave lens of certain focal length such that it forms a image at the near point of hypermetropic eye . now as we know the 6th case of image formation it is between P and F so img is formed at near point of the hypermetropic eye.now this img servers as a virtual object for eye lence .this image is then formed at retina and our brain process it and forms a erect image
thank you so much mam for helping me in BIOLOGY part (bigggg fannnn)😊😊😊😊😊😊
