🏛️💡"Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit." - Aristotle

    1)Acknowledge your shadow
2)work on your indivisuation process [integrate your concious and subconscious, self realization]
3)take care of yourself (find a stable life basis before trying to start your individuation process)
    4) reflect on your day (what you did on your day
    Your world life and beliefs
Your actions and what motivates you
    Your dreams
Your archetypes (which one do you identify with
    5) find meaning in life
Find something to hold on to
Its necessary to find something to see through the world

thank you. I just watched The Life of Pi last night, and the idea of God and releasing. Then, this video came up on my recommended. It was great timing. Coming to the idea I have a reason and need to act helps me so much.
Secondly. the video timing and language was well done. I think you did a good job of explaining the philosophy. The pictures were good and helped bring the point across better.

Carl Jung: "I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become."
How can we consciously apply Jung's philosophy to our personal growth and self-improvement journey?

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
    01:17 *🌑 Understanding Your Subconscious*
    - The subconscious, particularly the "shadow," harbors traits we suppress or deny, leading to negative impacts.
    - Suppressed traits manifest in unexpected ways, affecting confidence and relationships.
    - To address the shadow, one must acknowledge, accept, and integrate these traits into their identity.
07:08 *🎭 Working On Your Individuation Process*
    - Individuation involves separating from societal expectations to become one's authentic self.
    - Identifying and integrating the persona, or social mask, is crucial for personal growth.
    - Balancing conscious and subconscious aspects leads to a deeper understanding of the Self.
12:31 *🌿 Taking Care of Yourself*
    - Self-care is foundational for personal development, requiring stability in basic needs.
    - Establishing boundaries, finding balance, and cultivating appreciation contribute to overall well-being.
    - Prioritizing physical health, emotional balance, and personal growth ensures a solid foundation for self-improvement.
    16:37 *🤔 Reflecting Every Day*
    - Daily reflection aids in understanding beliefs, motivations, actions, dreams, and archetypes.
    - Journaling, meditation, or introspection help uncover subconscious patterns and foster self-awareness.
    - Analyzing reflections guides personal growth and strengthens the connection to one's true self.
19:18 *🔥 Finding Meaning in Your Life*
    - Finding meaning provides motivation and resilience in the face of life's challenges.
    - Believing in something larger than oneself offers a sense of purpose and direction.
    - Embracing meaning instills a deeper understanding of existence and enhances the quality of life.
20:38 *🔍 Finding Meaning in Life*
    - Finding a meaningful perspective is crucial for personal empowerment and resilience.
    - Beliefs, whether religious, philosophical, or scientific, provide a framework for understanding and navigating life.
    - Embracing a broader perspective helps contextualize experiences and motivates positive actions.

Jung never used the idea/term of "subconscious." That is a Freudian term/idea. CG Jung employed the term/idea of Unconscious, the implications are endless. In addition, the narrator conflates the idea of Suppression and Repression. They are not the same experiences. Many other mistakes as well.
