Watch her work in an unhurried manner, especially the way she moves her hands and caresses everything she touches, and the minimal music is so good for my anxiety. Feel so calm. Like I can re-set my own sense of time and just be. It's so meditative. Wow!!!

Valerie, your new space is bright and lovely. You may not realize how lucky you are to not have a lot of stuff. This is inspiration for me. I used to love moving into a place where I didn't have a lot of things - just a lot of space! I hope you enjoy living alone, having and decorating your own apartment, and painting with all that light.

Even though I love listing to your calming voice and often thought provoking things you say, I really enjoyed this video. I started last night and I had to stop, because it got so sleepy. It's such a beautiful space! But I personally would buy curtains and/or blinds the second I moved in. But moving and unpacking takes a while so I understand.
