Hi, I just bought this one and I have two questions: - for two side scans, do we absolutely need to do it with "epson scan 2" software? Isn't it possible to assembly two sides by using the scan button on the printer? - how can we setup the dpi of the scan while using scan-to-cloud? Thanks,

Also, the ink is very fuzzy and pale on a lot of things I print, very low quality. Photos come out looking like hell. It's impossible to reach anyone at Epson to help me out with these problems. I have cleaned & maintained it. The duplex just arbitrarily stopped working.
@@epsonamerica does it automatically scan double sided in the ADF, or do I have to reload the project....and will it maintain the sort order (in multi-page documents) if I have to reload it?
This printer stopped printing duplex (on 2 sides) and I can't find anything online or by phone or online customer service to FIX IT. contact me CONTACT ME on how to FIX THIS please, it's driving me mad. I want to throw the printer out the window.

The specs say it can do 47" length ? Can you confirm pls.

No...stock card is loaded in the regular paper tray

If the paper setting is set to premium matte or photo paper, the printer will not print duplex.
