For a house worth #160m, all you're showing me is where to keep cutlery, plates, sinks etc? Nothing spectacular! I can build something better than that with half that amount.

The lady is a good presenter, I almost believed the pool was big. Not worth 160m anyways. Max 80-120m depending on the exact location.
I almost would had said the exact same thing...
But again... After considering the overall architecture you'd see it's somewhat different from the designs from 2018 and earlier... And when you throw in Nigeria's shitty exchange rate right now... Well, you'd easily see why it's priced that high.
So, I'd say It's probably worth ₦140M... Considering it's at Ajah and not in the LEKKI phase sections.
But generally,... yeah.
This is a lovely property.

The house is very nice and it’s great to see but please this house should have been completed before filming. If you are not able or in a position to do this get the contractor to clean up and move things out of the way. Also just my suggestion it’s a family house, it would be great to see grass where children can play safely.
I'm more concerned about the building materials and finishings; if they are made by our local businesses, then we can rightly claim to have delivered a fantastic product, and making progress as a Nation.
I'm aware land is super expensive in this location; regardless, the video is a good one and the house is beautiful.

Without furniture in this building its hard to comprehend what the end result would look like. You should have at least made the effort to decorate at least one room or even a simulation of what the house would look like. Top marks for presentation but a little more effort is needed.
160m naira?...too expensive
having a pool in a 3 plot land does not make sence, it constitute a safety hazard.
Finishing is obviously poor

Please stop presenting a house that is not well cleaned. Lots of trash around the house, do it right.
Houses in Nigeria are becoming something else, a country with low-income selling the house at a high rate than the developed world with high income.
I see the profit rate is too much for the so-called developers, My five-bed here in the UK cost me 260k with 2 garages and a massive green area in the back and front.
