Victoria needs a promotion and a raise! She was so slick with this tour and came armed with all of the information. The way she casually said 'We are about the little details!' This is value for money, not overpriced like my own country Ghana. The tour lady is so knowledgable and well spoken.
Ghana Accra is too overpriced and they know it. I saw an American guy showing 1 million dollar houses and he was pissed at how bad the houses were which didn’t correlate with the price
The house here in Lakeside and other places in Ghana they houses are not beautiful like the ones in lekki have been to the most beautiful places in Ghana which is cantonments and airport residential all the properties are over priced

You are spot on. I was going to say the same of the house tours I've seen in TH-cam on houses in Accra. The houses in Accra appear to be too expensive for the quality being offered. I've seen some offered for $350k and they were about the standard being sold for $120k-$130k in Lagos.

I fear that property developers are turning Lagos and other cities in Nigeria into a concrete jungle. Without any thought or concept of planting trees or installing gardens or parks. Especially in a country that is typically sweltering heat most of the time. These properties need gardens and plants to soak up water during the raining season. Nigeria needs trees and gardens due to climate change. There is no one even proposing it. It seems all people are concerned about is building estates and nothing more.
My God, you said it all... you said everything in my mind.. especially Lagos so busy and congested, no fresh air. I forgot to mention the noise.

Trees buffer the noise and help to remove CO2 from the atmosphere. The tour guide did mention in her talk that trees and plants will def be a part of it but I still think that the more that we talk about it, the more they will see how potential Nigerian buyers place very high value on the aesthetics and other valuable functions of plants!
Offcasue there are parks in Lagos. Check out Lufasi Park, Muri Okunola Park, Lekki Conservation Park, Omu resort, millennium Park and many more...
@@africantruly8857 The parks are not enough for a city the size of Lagos. But what I'm actually referring to is the town planning of these estate and properties. You can build an estate with tree-lined roads and houses with gardens, rather than cement everything. The inhabitants of these estate need fresh air, not living in a bland concrete jungle. Which has been the case for decades. Lagos during the daytime is extremely hot and without trees or plants to cool the air, Lagos will became a tinder box. The Lagos government needs to encourage more tree planting.

What I don't like about Nigerian estates is the lack of greenspaces. They just put up houses wherever they find a little space to maximize rent returns
This is more of a Lagos issue, developers in Abuja and port Harcourt pay attention to these details
That is the only down side of this estate -- no grass anywhere. But beyond that it is a good development

Victoria is so calmly spoken. The staging is a great way of making buyers envision what their home to be might look like. This is a good strategy. I like the amount of light coming into each room. And the calm nature colors used throughout. Thinking environment should be everyone’s top priority. Some part of Lagos shocks already. She definitely talks about her CEO a lot, love the pride she conveys in that.
