my Issue with all these houses are security, electricity and transport - fix those 3 issues and houses will fly off the shelves. Also the payment plan, why is not like abroad, where you have monthly instalments.. most of us work , by the time you settle all your bills here you barely have anything left and committing to a 1yr payment of N70M, will need you to put in overtime or get a loan . 3- 5 yrs would help rather than 12 months. I know some peeps in nija have money to clr at one go , but not all fingernails are painted equally..lolz.. Confidence.. speak to your people about extending the payment terms

That's one of the reasons they encourage corruptions in Nigeria. When you want someone to pay 70 million in just 24 month or less, how does Nigeria government reason for their people? Here in Italy, there are 💯 mortgage plans for the working youth, while others have to pay 20% down payment, even 5% depending on the banks percen
I wish it was in a serviced estate. Generator noise when there’s no electricity supply is a killer. There are security issues too that bother me. Otherwise I’d go for it.

My problem with these "show homes " in Nigeria is that they r normally finished so well... ( 1) when u buy or make plans to purchase any of their available units , the finishing standards and materials they use becomes sub standard..(.2) these areas where these beautiful homes are located r always right in d middle of the flooded areas... meaning no sooner do u buy that u will want to sell the house off because of floods

Unbelievable!!!! For some of us it's the best colour. As for painting, it's easy to paint on white. Would you rather a blue and burgundy and what if it doesn't match your sofa which means you have to spend more money changing to the colour of your choice.

The question developer has yet to answer is how do we undress in our room without creepy neighbors seeing us? We may have to hide in the toilet to ....
The abroadians hate gate and they run our Naija developers down at every giving opportunity. To each their own. They started way back 7/10yrs ago about not using burglary proof for Windows and that's what we have now in Naija. They complained about natural light cos we tend to use small windows, our developers have improved in this area, they disliked fenced compound and gate to the house and I'm sure in another 5years that would be the trend. Though many are already subscribing to no gate/no burglary windows in Lagos & Abuja for the past 5-7yrs especially around Lekki/Ikota but it's going to be a trend in the future. What I'm concerned about is green area like front or back garden not faux grass.
