I know I’m very late to this comment section, but I love this song, it just speaks to me and several things that happened in my life and it’s like everything I felt all rolled into rolled into 6 minutes of lament. Thank you for making this.

Here I was, thinking this could totally be the constant sound after death. And maybe in a future world, humans could make an "afterdeath", where they stop bodily functions and their minds just wander infinitely in a dreamlike state. This would make for a nice background.

It gives me so much neogothic/neoromantic vibe. I dont know why. But i teared up from this piece. Beautiful work, classical music will never be gone!

My dearest sister introduced me to your compositions. I am one of those rascals who normally listens to Aphex Twin and that sort of thing but this is awesome. Can't stop listening, soooo addicted!

Hello Frederik, thank you for this brillant and holy composition. I'm looking for this kind of style, very peace and deep. You know, the one you can listen in a the church when you're taking Communion.
Do you have any tracks/artists in mind ?
    cheers

Hey man, wonderful tune! Im wondering something, what are these kinds of hymns called that are slow, mellow and sad in tone? Ive heard some being played in churches, mostly at funerals, and Im in love with them. They usually are played on a more mellow kind of organ, not as loud as the one you played Lament on.

If you see the angel giving you a mean stare it means you’ll be going to hell
If you see the angel slightly tilting his head towards you with closed eyes it means you’ll be going to heaven
    Or so they say...

I'm a fan of the minors but the major notes as carriers are killing the vibe of lament for me it reminds me of hope and that's not why I came here
