Hi Cassie, thanks a bunch for hosting this week's collaboration ❤ As always, I really enjoyed watching your curriculum picks! Sounds like heaps of fun 😊
Thank-you so much for sharing about the worksheet generator for Getty Dubay. I have the blue level for my child so we can work on transitioning into cursive. Does RSO get better in the other levels for Level 1? We are in RSO Life and we love science, but I am finding it so dry. We are using it as a summer science, but was wondering if you liked the other levels?
I would say that if you find RSO Life dry, you may not enjoy the other levels either. That said, I enjoyed pretty much every other level 1 science more than Life! Is there a course you or your kids are interested in based on the topic?
@@RegularSecularMama I will definitely look into interest based. I had two ages combined and thought because one was at the bottom of that age and one was at the top that would be a happy medium. I'll stay tuned for your physics review and see if it gets better in the upper levels and maybe it's one of those we finish and revisit when we age up. Thanks for the advice.
I personally enjoyed Chemistry the most, but I just love science in general! If you don’t mind me asking, what are their ages? I am always happy to answer any questions 😊
It might be. The format is very consistent throughout all the level 1 courses (so it remains the same "dryness" so to speak), but the academic level varies a bit. Chemistry says it's geared toward grades 2-5, and I think that's a fair approximation. Whether or not Real Science Odyssey winds up working for your family, I hope you are able to find a science you all enjoy!
Great to hear your curriculum picks. Thanks for sharing. Best wishes with your house move.
Thank you! ☺️

You are so welcome, and thanks for joining! 🤗
The letter tile app is amazing. We took way to long to use it as well. It’s so helpful
Yes! 🙌🏻 I don’t know why I waited so long
I love the bingo card idea. Thanks for sharing!
Every once in a while I get a win 😂 Thanks for watching!
Great choices! Can't wait to see how the year goes for you guys!
Thank you!
Have you done a flip through of the Getty Dubay book? I would be interested in seeing that
I have not! I’m not even sure I’ve mentioned it before this video actually. I’ll add that to my video list! 😉
Thank you for hosting ❤
Absolutely! 🤗
Adding a Reading Journal to my Schoolnest wishlist!
They are great! I especially love seeing their illustrations.

@@RegularSecularMama I just rewatched your Chemistry video for the second time, it might just be this level, 7 and 8.
