Girl, you rock! You run circles around the little Poppilates girl on here! You know what might be a great idea for you? How about a "Challenge" series? Like an ab challenge or some type of arm work challenge. AND maybe a "Muffintop" workout also? I know some of these moves here hit the "muffin top" but a whole video directed at muffin top area would be killer.

Doing this everyday for two weeks and a booty workout as we are on lockdown and cutting out alcohol too. Just done my my third day. Abs and booty are burning!!!!

Phew! Should have known it would be hard work with Nicole, but totally worth it and she keeps the motivation up.
I truly loved this! There's a huge misconception that if you're petite, you're fit. I'm petite, but my core is weak, so this was the perfect workout to help me develop strength. It was challenging but effective. I will continue doing it to toughen up!

Abdominals turned on with dolphin twists and Russian twists also sit ups ! My obliques are burning with side v ups I like those better than oblique crunches because I have difficulty with form where I want to cry
