I boil my water then slowly add in my eggs with a spoon so they don’t break. Boil 12 minutes then straight in an ice bath. They peel so easily every time!! I add apple cider vinegar, mayo, salt n pepper to my eggs…

Put a little bit of vinegar in your water when you boil your eggs that also helps the peel to come off nicely

I love sprinkling bacon bits on top of my deviled eggs.
I will do this also. A friend have me a recipe for using mustard and bacon I was surprised at the good flavor.
