It's ridiculous when people say they can sing octaves above her when the real questions are, can you reach lower and higher notes than her, and still maintain words, have vibrato, stay on pitch, do lots of runs, have clear vocals and no voice cracks? If you completed all of these, then you mastered everything!!!!

Well... it's a little hard to explain cause everyone has they're own way. But it's easier if you warm up your voice first and breath correctly (there's a lot of videos that teach how to breath like that). Hand movements and the position you are also help (I do better whistle notes when I'm stand up). But I think the key is to practice a little bit everydays. And be carefull ... take care of your voice.

+Jody-Ann Marriott She's a great singer but she's definitely screaming/ straining at some points, that whistle note was very strained not as natural as say Mariah in her hay days. Not saying she isn't amazing but there are definitely opera singers that can hit these notes with ease. She looks young though so she'll probably get there if she doesn't destroy her voice from hitting notes she shouldn't be yet.
somehow the whistle note seems disconnected from the whole song. She does have an impressive range though. Although, for my taste, less screaming & more musicality perhaps? With the correct vocal coach she will truly be able to showcase her amazing talent in its true form and it will be beautiful.

somehow the whistle note seems disconnected from the whole song. She does have an impressive range though. Although, for my taste, less screaming & more musicality perhaps? With the correct vocal coach she will truly be able to showcase her amazing talent in its true form and it will be beautiful.
