How much did you pay for the land over there if it is OK to ask you ? I am thinking of selling my house on Long Island and moving to the Phillipines,maybe go crazy for about a year then settle down and become one of the locals? I suppose what I am askling is ,what would one expect to pay for say 3 acres with a home on it in a neighborhood such as this? Thanks for taking the time to make the videos
Hey Anthony, a couple things first of all, you cannot own land in the Philippines, unless you are permanent resident. You have to be married to a Filipina or Filipino and get a spousal visa. Which I just got and it took me a year. I have another video of a house that I looked at that was on about 2 acres of land check it out. th-cam.com/video/q43DZJi1uAU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=jXeW23q_T7s6swpM As long as you have some sort of income, like retirement or Social Security, it is very easy to afford living over here. The people are great in the province areas and there are plenty of beautiful women to choose from. I would recommend going on a Filipino dating site and finding a good Filipina in the province. Stay away from women in the cities and definitely Angeles area. So to answer your question, I can’t tell you how much I paid for our property because there are some very jealous people and they would love to know. But check out the video that I mentioned and you will get an idea of what you can get for a good price.
It’s a 2023 Geely Coolray Sport Se. I’ve been here for a year and I’ll be honest with you. I still have not figured out how to get enrolled in the VA here, anytime you want to make an appointment there. It is for like two months out. And they’re very limited on what they can do, when I came over here, I saved up a bunch of medication.
@@KuyaJason so I am going to be down in the Mindinao, Butuan area when I move over full time, I heard there are VA officers throughout the PH that can help. My Doctor in the Great Lakes, Lovell Hospital said Manila clinic can refill but he’s confirming, I’ll let you know any information I can find out and share it
You are correct, it is a major struggle to find VA information over there but hopefully with the increase of our military presence due to China, they might open another base and full service hospital which is the scuttle butt.
