Listen. Stop marketing this like its direct to consumer if you're not going to sell it direct to consumer. Nobody wants to find out these are 30 grand or whatever it is. Let people just buy it from the website.
It's insane they won't publish the price. I've been round and round with them about this. Like, I'm just asking how much so I can determine if it's worth it or not. I'm trying to give you money, and for whatever reason, you have no interest.
@@ccm302 yes that’s what I was referring to sorry if that wasn’t clear. My understanding is that the x1 is very new so I don’t think it’s been officially released.
They won’t say because it has to be quoted from an electrician. That means they can charge way more than market price. They should just sell directly to consumer like every other brand.
The max solar input is 2400W -- 1200W per port. The F3800 has two XT60 ports. To use solar, you'll want to keep your panel voltage below 60V (50 is thought to be optimal) and wire in parallel. You can also charge the F3800 with DC through your cigarette lighter in your car, but that of course is a very slow charge at just 12V. And obviously you can charge it via 120V --standard wall outlet. Hope that helps!

The price is right on their website. $4k on sale right now for $2,700.
@@904Huntsman I think you're looking at the F3800, not the X1.

@@904Huntsman I've heard X1 is available in Canada. No confirmation on that.
X1 still month available and no installers in my area - so opted for F3800 with expansion battery for use in my tiny home.
How much x1 🙃

Does the F3800 HAVE AC pass thru charging? What is the NO-LOAD power consumption of the INVERTER? 😮
Only when you use the home power panel. HPP
around 70W according to the FB groups
What is the maximum voltage the 3800 will accept in each plugin?

@@AnkerSOLIX So, is it ok to over panel due to not getting full wattage out of panels? Say 2000W of panels in parallel @60% would be 1200W.
@@brianwluxevovacations215 yes, overpaneling is A-OK.
This sounds like an infomercial
I know Chuck won't say it unless it's true.
Why does the video simulate 1980's video/cinema processing?
