I dropped out of Pokémon when chillin reign came out and missed out on evolving skies. And literally when Charizard went crazy with me having 13 of them, I almost dropped out again not thinking they can make a set as good but now I think they have! I am capitalizing this time
I would not buy Japanese Terestal Festival to invest but might buy a box or 2 to open for the fun of it though. Japanese 151 is going to be crazy in the future because Pikachu & Gengar master balls will keep it investable. Prismatic Evolutions will not have Pikachu or Gengar Master balls so I think the big Master Ball will be Umbreon. We got Eevee and 3 Eeveelution Master Balls already in 151 so nothing new there. Pikachu will only be an EX so Prismatic will not have any really Major Master balls besides the Eeveelutions. It will not take from 151 but it might actually add to the 151 Master Ball prices since people might want to go back and get the original Master Balls if this is their first intro to them.
Ehhh I think I’m done with Japanese. Now that master balls are coming to English I don’t see a premium in Japanese anymore. And yeah, Japanese Pokémon just reprints into the ground and reprints VERY LATE. I’m very happy I didn’t get a bigger position of Japanese 151. I was planning on trying to time the upcoming reprints and now I’m just going to completely ignore Japanese.
@@TheSnackAttackingSnorlax very smart move I think Japanese is a very dangerous market I think So from what I have seen definitely sticking to English side of Pokémon from now on.
Unless you have connections with a Japanese distributor and get them for around $40 to $45 it’s better to stick with English cause with English you don’t need that many connections to get good deals in the wild on or online.
@@MahBahlZitch-ks6bn exactly very good point. Only thing I would say is that I think the market we are getting into with English. Definitely harder to find cheaper products
@ like you said it’s all about getting the pre orders . Even at msrp prismatic etbs aren’t a bad buy. Etbs are the booster boxes of this set and will carry a premium. Luckily pre ordered two cases for $900 before they sold out an hour later lol
#1 FOCUS PRISMATIC!!!!
@@TeddyBrooski-th9qx 100% honestly
Only thing I am opening to chase cards, is a few sticker collections every now and then since they’re not going to have sleeve boosters I don’t think
@@TeddyBrooski-th9qx good luck with the chase hope it goes well for you 😅
I’m taking them racks to my local game store owners early to assure my cases
@@TeddyBrooski-th9qx wow welp there you go whatever works😅

Japanese definitely a very difficult market to be into.
