We have fostered to mature cat’s , First 6 weeks and no spraying problems . Then it started on the bed 🤦🏻♀️….. vet check was all ok , We had read about giving your cats small dry food treat’s . After cleaning the bed and the wall At that location . I started leaving the occasional tasty treats on the bed against the wall . IT WORKED FOR US. I hope this helps someone else , we really didn’t want to have to return the cat to the shelter . They would have been euthanised . Because they were given up for spraying .
in case of my kitten (5months) she does it to push boundaries/as a dispect. True, her litter box is always clean, she use it without problem, it is close, there aren't major stresses for her, and I am always nice and caring towards her.
sameee, my 5 month kitten won’t stop peeing in the bed even though i clean her litter box twice a day and have two litter boxes and no stress and take care of her diet and her a lot. my other cat never pees on the bed but this kitten won’t stop :( how to fixxxx
@@hania5735 In case of my kitten, she had done it when she wanted to go out and I wouldn't let her, so because I couldn't trust her on this and I didn't have time to wash the duvet everyday, I close the bedroom door duri g the day. At night, when it is time to go to bed, we both go in and sleep together. It has worked so far. She haven't pooped of peed on the couch or in other strange places. I also just now changed the type of litter and she seems to enjoyed it since she haven't skipped once! Try blocking the access to the area, the bed in this case, for a while. I understood that it is in their nature to behave like that sometimes, and it is better to work around it than against it. Bijoux and I have passed over that issue luckily and now are doing fine (plus she became a lot sweeter now, which helps 😅). 😻🤗

Alright Thisbe random and doesn‘t fits to the topic of the video but… . My cat has been acting really weird sometimes in the last few days. Today I was laying in my bed and my cat came into my room(he has his own little bed next to mine) and then I put my hand on his bed so he would come there. But then he suddenly stopped and looked in the air or something on my bed. His tailing was Moving like he was aggressive because he saw, something but there was nothing, he then just jumped back and left. A few minutes before that he was laying on his bed and my hand was laying down my bed sand he scratched it. He usually never scratches. I tought he just got scared because he didn’t know where the hand was coming from. I then turned on the light and he went out of my room for a bit. He came back and sat down infront of his bed. I was looking at the scratch he gave me and then I looked and him. A whole while he was staring at me without even blinking. I was so uncomfortable and he looked kinda 'uncanny' while he was staring at me Sorry for the long text. But he was just acting kinda weird lately and I don’t know what it is or if it even is anything. I just think it‘s so creepy
I really need help. We adopted 2 little brothers a m onth ago and we would love to keep them together but one is always peeing in our beds. He uses the litter boxes all the time but anytime he sees the bedroom doors open he will go in the bed to pee. They are in good health and the litter boxes are cleaned everyday. I am a stay at home mom so they are not alone much. They are 3 months old and have such a loving relationship that Inwould hate to separate them but I feel like its my knly option.
SAME OMG 2 kittens, one pees on the bed, whenever i catch him i ALWAYS rush and put him in the litter box but he just runs off. its so stressful, its everyday like 3x a day, idk what to do
This is the second time my cat has peed on the bed. Both time after it came to be for cuddles. He/she/it (idk) peed on my and the bed. Im so ready to lose the cat at this point
😂 Know! 😅😊. To Dana Kelly, Mo Coxsey and any one else who has these little cat-tigers. No pee , if you think and understand. I won't pee on your bed if you don't pee on Mine fur face! 🐯.
My cat just did this to me twice. Had to throw away the mattress pad, and the comforter. At this point, I've started keeping her in a tiny kennel around the clock to keep her from destroying my things and to keep me from hurting her ever worse than I already have. I fear for her life at this point and I don't know what to do.

So basically... i need to live somewhere else to reduce her stress.

My cat has peed on me twice and the bed twice and they aren’t a year old yet 🤬 right when I was about to go to sleep twice
I need help my cat is neutered and pees in his litterbox but everytime I clean my duvet even though he just peed he pees on it again...
He does that on my bed only and is very clingy with me only
same, everytime i clean my bed she pees again, i almost feel like giving up on the kitten
Give your cat treats on the duvet/bed. Positive association is a great training method.
@@Nyx_olihey, did you find a solution for the problem?

usually it means they already have a Mate . and sometimes pissing on your Bed means , She out grown your Home. especially if it was a Rescued cat.

In case of my cat it was dental problem.
Interesting! Was the cat peeing on the bed to get your attention about the dental problem?

Let her go outside
Use cat treats as a positive training method. Example, cat sit on the bed, cat get a yummy treat.
Give her away to someone who can actually take care of her. I fear for the safety of your cat tbh
You’re hurting your cat because she peed the bed, what a lovely person you are.
