Max! I know you're an lafc guy, but was a little disappointed that the resurgence of the Galaxy was not highlighted.
From the fan boycott, to a complete restructure of management, to being unbeaten at home, to defying all odds and winning their 6th MLS cup. They deserved it and deserved congrats. Nevertheless, I love the show and always love your commentary. Blessings!

It was nice to see the Galaxy add another star and remind MLS who kept them alive 😂

As long as you saw both Galaxy goals that's all that matters! That atmosphere was insane man. The entire stadium was chanting not just the supporters sections. I was impressed with NY fans. Compared to 08 there was like 2k more fans that came out from NY. Crazy to see how far this league has come and I'm glad to have been there from the beginning helping grow the league like you as well Max

It was a great spectacle. Los Angeles is the lions den for soccer in USA now.

love what dignity health has transformed into, including the new plaza and upgrades they've done. LAFC and the galaxy make each other better both on and off the field.

Yes, yes.. Both have to maintain the highest ambitions. Galaxy got here IMO because of the push from LAFC. Now we anticpate the reverse.

Its a great venue, sounds amazing and has a lot of ghosts. MLS needs that history.

Then the fanbase is there and needs to be massaged locally by the clubs. So many others have found a way to fill their stadiums. The list of teams that are half empty venues within the league you can count on one hand.

Not so sure one of the really big clubs will spend the money LA is going to want after only one great season.

Will any European stars come to MLS teams, outside of LA or Miami?

San Diego is a possibility too.

I believe there is an opportunity, some exciting draws in places like Austin, San Diego or shoot Salt Lake great place to live/play. Depends on the owners and how they can sell their clubs. Its possible.

@@cubanhammerI like SLC but can you imagine Antoine Griezmann living in Draper or West Jordan? I remember Kreis drove in from Park City but that’s a commute worthy of LA.

Sell out was great to see…would like to see another network besides FOX, what’s up with Garber and Lexi? John and Stu always do a great job making something mediocre exciting…🙏🏼⚽️💙🇺🇸

Espn has a much higher level of a broadcast, graphics, cameras, etc, fox sports mls broadcasts r very low budget, compared to ESPN, should go back for some games, would help exposure to the league,

1000%, game changer if they did. The new NYCFC stadium will force their hands and make club much more desirable. Yankee Stadium was a wet blanket for so long.

What we want is more Chelsea vs Flemengo and less Chelsea vs Shropshiresmythe Town if you want to clear the calendar. The premier league is over by February and the domestic cups are old but pointless. We want the best teams against the best teams and the global game involved not these traditions that only the five people of these tiny clubs actually care about.
