1:40 it does fit the character, as tony has been seen creating tech to counter past blunders from happening again and went through a whole overcoming ptsd character arc in this movie, recovering from avengers 1. He most likely learned martial arts to make up for what he lacked previously.
While I love that fight scene, that moment kind of takes me out of it, because a) Daredevil’s senses should have told him beforehand that that leg was false and b) he could’ve easily ended it by grabbing that leg and pulling it off 😅
A great selection of scenes for you to break down here. I personally prefer when Marvel action is more grounded like these. Also can I just say it’s insane how you can recognise someone from their movements.
Everytime I watch C A.W. S, I love that punch kick combo from GSP. May be a simple combo, but still awesome. Also, yes Scott Adkins definitely deserved a better role than that. He practically can do all those stunts with no CGI. Not just in your opinion Noah, im with you on that 😏🫵🏾
I am surprised that you looked at the Winter Soldier fight from the early ship scene, but not the Bucky + knife vs. Cap + shield fight later. I’ve seen a lot of people who aren’t martial artists (like myself) point out how cool it looks. Because it does look cool. I’ve seen someone mention specifically that Bucky dropping the knife from one hand to the other is a thing no fighter would do (I couldn’t tell you whose opinion that is, nor if they are an actual martial artists). I feel like this is similarly unrealistic as spinning 360 degrees when attacking, and showing your unprotected back to your opponent. (Though, I honestly wonder how being a super soldier might lead to doing things an unmodified human would never do. If you’re way faster, exposing your back would be “safe” because no human could take advantage of the very brief opening.). And I’ve heard one person (again, I can’t recall who, or weather they are qualified to judge fighting decisions) point out that Bucky attacks overhand with the knife, and is blocked with the shield. Then drops the knife to his other hand (which is directly below) so cap shifts his focus to that hand, but then Bucky’s next attack is with his unarmed hand, which Cap is not paying attention to.
As a comic nerd, that I am the evolution of Captain America's fighting techniques, Israel, you have to remember, he's from the 40s, and there wasn't a lot of martial arts for Americans. So in the film you see him, he's just a boxer. He's just hitting the bags by winter soldier. He's already. You see established in various fighting techniques. I'm by the end of his run, even when he fought Iron Man, iron man's AI system even said you can't beat him and he was right in the comic. S Steve is looked at as probably one of the best hanhan combat fighters, but there are others that are Better than him have trained longer than him. But when the soldier I will definitely agree with you. Noah is by far, my favorite MCU film, it's in my top 5. It still holds in my top five
So for the record. Tony Stark is a highly trained martial artist that regularly spars with Cap Black Widow and some of marvel best hand to hand fighters. .
Can you react alongside with a military veteran to watch some black ops Cold War warzone cinematic cutscenes because those scene with the punches and kicks are intense and awsome
In the first clip, as a karate person of 6 years, I am happy to validate that we all DEFINITELY hit things as we walk by them and pretend to hit things in the air 😂😂
i'm interested in his thoughts on the movie for the nickelodeon series, the last air bender. not the animated one, the live action one, that looked like a Wal-Mart version of, journey to the west.
You should totally do a reaction to fight scenes from Undisputed 2, 3, and Boyka: Undisputed. Scott Adkins is absolutely phenomenal as Boyka, he needs to be given bigger film roles, I need him to be Batman.
Scott Adkins for sure needs a proper named speaking role in one of these movies. He's so good it feels like a crime not to have him be more than a buff goon to beat up on.
I am 12 seconds in, and the "Martial Arts expert" is conflating Karate with Wing Chun. And he doesn't seem to know the term "shadow-boxing". Not a good start.

Yeah, it ties in really well with the character, who would've needed some way narratively to reinforce the image of Iron Man as a skilled combatant.
I think he was talking about the dancing.
So I looked if Echo's Alaqua Cox was stunt doubled by Caitlin Dechelle, and yup, she was.
3:20 GSP’s coach Zahabi actually sent GSP to a gymnastics gym to help with his mobility and balance. So that was GSP as well.
He's the man. GSP seems like the kind of guy to have loved the opportunity to do something like that
WHOO!!!!
LFG.
Noah is both a fan and martial artist at heart, hence why I love him.
This is where the fun begins!!!! 🙏🏽💪
7:35 the reason she's not getting hurt from those hits is because Echo has a prosthetic leg and Daredevil was hitting that specific leg.
While I love that fight scene, that moment kind of takes me out of it, because a) Daredevil’s senses should have told him beforehand that that leg was false and b) he could’ve easily ended it by grabbing that leg and pulling it off 😅
@@johnnyqd6861 Knowing how his senses are, I agree he would've known very early on.
Do DC fight scenes next.
Be sure to Include the famous “Warehouse fight.”
Oh God...

Daredevil is not injuring Echo because he keeps hitting her prosthetic rather than her meat leg.

Absolutely love these videos
so whats the name of the short film you guys worked on
Gsp was actually playing a villain called the leper one of cap villain
*Batroc the Leaper
GSP did train gymnastics as a complement to his conditioning training if I'm not mistaken...
Wasn't he old on that movie?
@@bigbywolf5197 The movie launched about a year after his fight against Hendricks, so not much actually
i grew up with blade and spawn too especially American mother she also liked wonder woman i liked slade and Harley Quinn
damn no clips from the daredevil show?
excellent reaction video love this :D
Salam noah men azerbaycanlıyam
I do agree with Scott adkins getting a bigger role in the MCU, he would've been made a better Taskmaster than the one we got in black widow...
I want Scott Adkins play as Batman, he'd totally kill it.
Yay another reaction 🎉
Can you react alongside with a military veteran to watch some black ops Cold War warzone cinematic cutscenes because those scene with the punches and kicks are intense and awsome
"idk why she's not getting hurt by those hits" because it's Disney female. they will never lose
I can´t agree more about Scott deserving a better role
He does this now!!!🙆🙆

This guy needs to be in the MCU.

❤❤❤❤❤❤big fan

A bit obvious but I'd like to see your take on Iron Fist.
Do a video for Netflix's Daredevil and Iron Fist, CW's Arrow, and the Batman film universe. That video would be insane AF man! People will get crazy!
Scott Adkins for sure needs a proper named speaking role in one of these movies. He's so good it feels like a crime not to have him be more than a buff goon to beat up on.
I think they had GSP do all the big flips to highlight the character’s nickname: Batroc the Leaper.
Its not as popular as far as marvel stuff goes but Agents of SHIELD has some pretty good fight scenes throughout it.
Bes Noah sen Mortal Kombat 1 oynamısan
Sənə mortal kombatda fatality elədiler
Menim adim nicat Noah
locked in and hit that netflix beat tho
But the best hand to hand fighter is thor when he becomes the iron fist/God of the fist
🤔 Not just Karate ppl though
You're missing the best fight of all. Shang Chi vs death dealer.
Too bad you only did marvel movies, because you have to explain how The Glow works ( The Last dragon).
🥋
Scott Atkins would be perfect as batman
It’s not a just a karate thing, it’s typical of Kung Fu.
