    To dry safely and slowly. Turn oven on to 200 degrees F. Place your item in a large glass pan and place in the oven. Check on it often to turn it and keep the drying even. It comes out perfect every time. I dry rose petals, herbs and more this way and have for years. The flowers and herbs keep their colors too.

      @Christiana Wekpe you can alternatively place in the oven at 60-70 degree celsius if you are leaving in a cold climate

    Note the difference between bay leaf like this (cinnamon leaf) and bay leafs from laurel tree, which is normal in western kitchens. Very different flavors - you can tell the cinnamon leaves from laurel because they have 3 rib lines down the center, laurel only has one - and laurel is usually much smaller on average.

    Putting black salt(⅛ of added salt) in chat masala will give a good balance of flavor in chat masala.

    When you say sun dried does it have to be outside in the sun or can you just dry them inside on a plate for 4 days near sunlight please explain Ty

    I tried these recipes they get clumpy and never stays in powder form.
    2nd because the moisture level is still quite higher it got bugs in it too.
    I think it's better to do it in a dehydrator or in oven. The result might be different.

    I dont eat corn because i sont have gall bladder and it already rwmoved because zero percent movement i do like eat but i cant. I can eat this without corn. By the way, indian friwd rice is my favorite to eat.
