Yeah, thank you. I normally do not do any scripts with my videos and sometimes you just cannot recall something. THe moment has passed and I cannot re-film it again.
No need to unplug stereo leads just the aerial lead , and bulbs can be pulled out of holders with careful use of pliers, spare bulbs are available without holders , good video easy to follow 🙂

@@moremolecules He means that you dont have to take out the bulb housing to replace the bulbs, you can buy only the bulbs without the housing, pull the old ones out of their housings, from the front of the panel and just push in the new bulbs. Changing them with their housings isnt needed to replace a burnt bulb.
For the original the bulb come stack to the housing, for that once changed it,s beter to replaced with the bulb and housing not attached. To make the next operation easier.
As someone pointed out, if you can, replace them all. I only replaced the burnt one and later on another one was gone and I cannot be bothered to open it up again, probably should do it.
@moremolecules think I will don't want to be stripping it all out again not for a while anyway, thanks again I am subbing to your channel very good indeed.
Thanks, very good video, although it seems that you first could try to out-rotate the bulb with your fingers with a late glove for grip, if that doesnt work than the lenghtened tape kind a tool. Thanks !
Thank you for the suggestion. These bulbs are tight, as they have metal at the back to make contact. I have not thought about unscrewing it with fingers, but probably is possible.
Thanks for placing!, But to be sure I would replace all 3 off em Like headbulbs I replace always both...cause mostly if one goes the other goes mostly also...so for in case like the heater light unit ...I would replace all 3 off em...the money for that wound hurt you!
Yeah, you should have told me that before I did. Not very long after another one burnt out. Hahaha. I have not yet replaced it, just cannot be ars*d to do it again, although I would have to do it as it drives me nuts. Many thanks for the comment. Same as all other things that have been produced at the same time, e.g. glow plugs, if one is out replace all of them.
Where u got them replacement bulbs becoz i cant find them n ireland and can u only take out bulb from this small holder or is the bulb cum only wid holder. I cant even find bulb wid peugeout dealer. Thnx
Good question. I got them from amazon with the holders themselves, but I am nearly certain that you can just buy the bulbs on their own and take them out with some sort of pliers with cotton or something so they do not break. I do not quite remember, but I think they are separate. I have a few links in the description of the video where I bought them from, ebay and amazon.
It's 2 easy than that, the bulb face is removble. Remove the face witch the bulb attached using small screw driver, replace bulbs return the face at it place, and continue the other assembling. You do not need this mirical tool 😉😉😉.
Yes, this was mentioned by another person. While probably it is possible, I could not see a way to remove the face. Probably there was a way, but I could not see it.
I knew this part has to be lit too! All 3 are out on my car 😂 thanks!
Good job!
Hahaha :-)
What a brilliant tutorial and so easy to follow because you take your time and explain everything. Thank you, subscribed

Nice vid.
The crowbar shaped removal tool is pretty useful to pry from behind things
Hi Wim,
Yes, seemed pretty useful in this particular case.
Great video. The six sided screw is called torques

Probably correct, but I did not see how I can take the bulbs out from the front.
Great video, little job for my next day off 😊👍
Thank you illustrated well

Well, I tried from the front, but it just does not come out from the front.

That's a good tip. Many thanks for the suggestion, will start from now on!
Hello great video. But to replace the bulb, just old it with your fingers and pull it. Then push the new one.
Hi Antonio, it's a bit difficult to pull from the back, my fingers are a bit on the fat side :-)

@@Erez84 Yeah, my bad, did not quite get it. Hmm, that's a very good tip actually. Much easier than what I did. Good one

You can skip all the hassle with the tape, just take out the motherboard plate, its held by 4 brackets and you will have it in your hands, so easy.
Great suggestion. I somehow could not see a way to get it off. I think one of the rotating dials needed to come off and decided not to try to do it.
@@moremolecules It is the simplest thing ever, you can also pull out the wheel for the blowing speed and give a clean and lube it up a bit.
Thank you so much for this good job 😉🫡
Very informative, good job. Will sort mine now.

Brilliant video. Thank you
There was on mine 2 extra screws above radio slot on mine .I could see the holes on your plastic they must be missing
Either I have removed them and not shown on the video, or it was built like that
Can you tell we’re the reverse switch is I have the same van as you I have lost my reverse lights bulbs are fine
On the gearbox. You could perhaps do it without removing the battery tray, but to gain better access I would take it off.
Think those bits called Torx bits

Tip Vaseline the hell out off all the tabs on the panel so that in the future you’ll lessen the headaches disassembling things again
Hahaha, thanks, I did that on the rubber seals.
I have just replaced the bulbs on the clock this is the next job to do
Great video but there is really no light in all 3 of those dials to be honest need to up the bulb wattage if possible
Well, the camera does not pick it really well, but during the night the wattage is enough.
going to all that trouble then its best to replace all the bulbs!!
Absolutely agree! Should have done so,

After going to all that trouble I would have replaced all the bulbs whether they were working or not.
Hi Michael, yes that is really sound advice! I think I replaced 2 out of the 3, but should have replaced all 3 of them, haha
Try a different colour or Xeon white....
Yeah, I did not think too much about it at the time and should have used different bulbs than the original ones.

@@moremolecules it was good mate :)
Well guess im gonna skip this repair
Haha, it is not as bad as it looks, but it is a bit fiddly to put it mildly. I thik I lost a screw down the hole somewhere as well.
