- We can hardly believe we are saying this, but we are changing our entire plan for our home renovation. We really feel like this is the best for our family, but hoping we don't go crazy in the process!

Maybe Reese should look at putting a tiny home, on your property, like she mentioned in the past. She could get her own cute little trailer/house. She'd have her own space, but still be close by. It might be cheaper in the long run.

Living in RV for a couple of months is really a sacrifice but it's worth waiting for the new house 😊. Time flies fast. Don't worry. 😊❤️

Have you considered getting a pop up tent/ canopy with the detachable screening. It would give you more space near the RV. Loving your videos. 💕

Wow. Big changes. But if anybody can do this, you guys can. And really this may be a season you look fondly upon next year. All this closeness seems fun. Certainly Linky is super happy. Kids will learn to share even more in small spaces. All good. Now if you could only get that dang sofa. Don’t get the original misunderstanding but I’d be on it like a dog on a bone…as I’m sure you are. Hugs from Ottawa Canada…count yourself lucky, we just got our first snow.
I think it’s a good idea to have a room for each child, even if they like to share sometimes because they will get older and may want their own room then.

I lived with 9 other people in a space. I worked at a company that worked with at risk youth. When we werent in the field we had 4 houses with bunk beds and they all had a curtain on it and we all loved it. At first we didnt have the curtain and we started to bicker with each other. The first 3 months was the honeymoon phase and then it was I hate you phase.
I always love the Linc kisses. The house will be done before you know it. All of the kids are getting so big. It is so sweet to see Ethan and Liam holding hands walking out to the car. I love the closeness of you family.
Hi Amanda and Stephen. I used to have a six bedroom house , large kitchen, family room and huge dining area. House felt so empty though now that all my kids had all moved out . As much as I want all of them to stay with me, once they’re old enough that’s it.
I ended up downsizing to a 3 bedroom house . My mum used to say enjoy your kids while they’re little . When they’re older they want to decide for themselves. I love watching your vlog. It reminds me of how busy and happy my life is!

I think the new plan is going to be a great thing, because in the end you'll benefit more this way, than you would of the other way. I know it'll be a struggle to live in a RV that long, but I believe you guys can do it. Much love to you and your family.

So heartwarming how close your family is and how much everyone enjoys each other's company. Is Reese still planning to go to college in Florida? Also, did your kids join any competitive sports teams at school? If so, would love to know how they're doing. What about a Winter tipi tent with a woodstove for hanging out area? Maybe a build bottom with palettwood and carpets, a camping woodstove…i love it…playing games…nice in Winter time.

There are some really cool ideas on pintrest for bedrooms that are divided in 2. You can use the beds, or bookcases etc to be the dividers but still have it so it can be opened up, too.

I'm excited about your new home can't wait to see it finished it's a beautiful place you've chosen. I live around three hours away from Nashville I love Nashville, Mt Juliet and if you've never been to Paris Paris TN you should take the kids it's beautiful place to visit I live close to the NC line a small community called Coker Creek TN we live in a beautiful state I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

It's good that the kids have school to go to during the day so that you guys aren't spending all day, every day in that small space. And if everything goes well you'll all be in the house by summertime. When I was in elementary school my family lived in a hotel for 7 weeks and there were 5 of us kids with my parents. We had adjoining rooms but it was definitely tight and we couldn't even cook! We thankfully had wonderful families in our community who brought us meals. I think if we weren't in school we would've gone insane 😂

I have just one a Son who is now soon going to be 40. I chocked up when he told me he had already found a place to move to when he first left home. Then I realized that life is about raising them to be on their own when they get to that stage of life.
