Yes, but he was in charge of the group (Poo and Toxine) that did destroy their house. I'm honestly surprised that THAT is what they're upset about. Not Ad punching a pregnant Eva, dropping Percedal to his death, or kidnapping children. Just the fact their house is destroyed.

Ruel's voice across the 3 dubs has never sounded the least bit consistent. A bunch of the S4 dub cast are emulating the voices of the S3 cast, but the Ruel actor seems like he's doing his own thing.
