R32 helps in burning like oxygen. It does not explode like petrol. Oxygen is there in the air but it will not create a blast. Unless it is in very high quantity. AC contains only 1 to 2 kg of gas maximum. It is insufficient to create a blast when leaked. However it will help other sources like natural gas (sui gas) in the room to catch fire like oxygen.
in order if we see the compression rate of R32 is high as so it produce high amount of heat at compressor head as compare to R22 and R410. companies are not using good meterial such as condenser and eveporator quality which is very low. it need better guage of copper pipes bcz it needs to b handled more temperature. when it breaches finally unit blast
