My daughter was homeschooled and we both learned so much at parks and adventures… we did a lot of research and history learning before we would go to new places… pretty cool to have understanding of places before you go. Really made the appreciation of what you’re experiencing. And then there was times we just enjoyed a new experience. Great to see family’s likes ours

When you come to Traverse City be sure to head into Leelanau County and visit the Stocking Scenic Drive and the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes near Glen Haven…the drive is absolutely beautiful! Also…be sure to dip your toes in Grand Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan.

I went to key west in 1997. It was a stop on a cruise for my honeymoon. We went to the Hemingway house and the Mel Fisher museum. It was fun. Every time we go to Florida my husband has to have a Cuban sandwich. He has a Cuban uncle and that was how he was introduced to them as a kid. 😊

Overall, We've been very fortunate in all of our travels. I did have some stomach issues the last time we were in India, but that was only once in our nine years of living overseas.
