I just discovered your videos and im so glad! I have a final in a few hours and i must pass it since Argentina, where i live, finals are 100% of your grade. If you dont pass, you have another chance, and if you dont pass again, you have to retake the class. This is my second chance. I've been studying for weeks but i dont know if im ready cause i had studied a lot back when i first took it.
I think it's better to start in 7 am so you can be done at 7pm, and then have time to go for a walk, gym or to see our friends and love ones, it really helps when you take that break for your focus and mental health

I think that what you really should have addressed in the first place is: "Why you must be able to study for a whole day, and why you should" It might sound foolish, but it does get to the point in which most people don't know how much study is necessary to really grasp a topic. If you "feel" like you get it after an hour, you should have some way of telling if you really got it or if it's just wishful thinking. What do you think, Granny Ana?
Ana, thank you so much for your videos! I find them very helpful. In your previous video you mentioned a "seed" that your parents planted in you conserning discipline. Could you, please, tell me how it looked like in practice? What did they tell you? How did they guide you in this direction? My daughter is 5 now and I really want to help her in being able to do things even if she doesn't feel like it, because this is the problem I face in my adult life and it is so hard for me to overcome. I'd rather learned doing that when I was a child. My life would be so much easier now.
