For those of you who get the colours printed wrong for an HP printer, you have to install the hp dcotor for your model and then print a test page. That magically solves the problem. There is no point in trying any other thing. I read it online and it's true. I'm here just spreading the word lol

I am having to fix something every time I try to print. It's always something with the Windows hijacking software. I hate what they are doing. The windows should just run in the background and I shouldn't have to mess with this at all. Printing used to be so easy, so tell me what has improved with all this expense and modern tech?
all i had to do is click see what's printing and cancel a few documents loll thank you so much!
I had already used the troubleshooter and the document was still not being sent to the printer. Even though I had the printer designated as default. I had several old printers on the page and on a hunch I deleted all the old printers. That worked. MAKE SURE YOU DELETE ALL THE OLD PRINTERS!

I'm trying to access my printing preferences on my HP Office Jet 4655. Whenever I click on Printer Preferences a window pops up stating Error and it just freezes whenever I click on it again. What do I do?
My son recently upgraded my computer to windows 10. Now I have a problem printing. I have an HP ENVY 5000. When I go to print something a preview page appears and then a small box appears over top of it with a print menu and won’t let me print. It has a box at the bottom that saves save and one yesterday says cancel. Any ideas?

Hi I have an old Canon MP190 Pixma, Prints out fine but will not now scan, I think it started after a Windows update, Have tried scanning via MS Paint but it's now greyed out, HELP !? I tried the troubleshooter but it did not identify any problems, Many thanks. Update : Problem sorted phew ! The update had turned off the default printer setting for some reason, Strange how it still printed ok though.

Hi got a question I was printing three separate documents got two of them done then tried to print the third but windows 10 decided to throw me a curve and a dialogue box pops up and says One Note needs to be set up so there's two versions on this HP Windows 10 computer One Note and One Note 2016 neither has been set up as far as I remember and I've been printing for some time so I'm like why now Microsoft? Any thoughts would be helpful thanks.

I was getting an error state from my printer for about an hour or so, I was following step by step from this video but was not getting the option to fix what was wrong. But for some reason a printing test fixed it 🤔 I've done printing tests on web browser but nothing 🤷♂️

This tutorial looks useful for me, but I have a problem. When I right click my printer in controlPanel->HardwareAndSound->DevicesAndPrinters, my cursor turns to loading format and devices and printers start to not respond. Even waiting for 15 mins, nothing has changed. Does anyone have a solution?

Whenever i print with a4 size it is printed on letter size ...what to do?
msss1 Do you have A4 paper in your printer? If no, put some in. You can't have two types of paper in a printer at once.

NO IT DO NOT FIX MY PROBLEMAll windows is pretty much SHIT /GARBAGE HOW EVER YOU PUT IT people, Install a newer windows, you have to get a new printer, install a new os, have to get a new printer, I AM DAM FED UP WITH WINDOWS. its ok for hardware wise, but not printers.. I install UBUNTU 64-BIT (17.10) and it supports every printer i threw at it. USELESS PIECE OF SHIT WINDOWS.... Using a HP LASERJET 1000 and not a problem printing on it.. THE people that make printers just REFUSE TO SUPPORT THE NEWER OS.. I love linux more then windows....
