Omfg... I thought it was only my BF, he researches EVERYTHING I tell him, questions everything coming out of my mouth. Ok not I know not to take it personal lol 😂
I remember this time when I was in a pub with a German colleague and I was telling him that Mexico is part of North America and he was like "No, Mexico is part of Central America'' so he googled it and he realized he was wrong so he just did a weird face and didn't say I was right. I don't know why they're so entitled and proud.
Mexican girl who grew up in France. I guess Europeans like to switch México from N to S when it's convenient and they do it mostly in geopolitics although in geography too. So that's why they all say: "It'S iN ThE SoUtH!". When obviously Central America starts with Guatemala and Belize, I mean unless you're blind you can see it right away on a map hahaha. Trust me they are annoying
I’m crying 😂 best video eeeeever guys! I’m half Spanish half Brazilian (so I’m double drama queen) and I date a German, and I felt so identified with everything you said, I mean not only one thing but all of them 😂 I try hard to not trust stereotypes but sometimes it’s hard! Make more videos like this! Love it
Joss is right .... us Latinos are bit nosy for them, because when we like someone just want to know ...(liking allright? for friendship, love, being a neighbor, coworker, etc. ) We just want to confirm that we are not on a slippery slope, since we like the person, that's all. Our culture is to be curious by nature, and with all respect, I don't find it bad. Obviously I am not talking about cheeky disrespectful attitudes.
Joss, you´re not weird!! I´m colombian and also take everything personal. It was super hard when I came to Germany, I thought my boss hated me and wanted to fire me, but they were just pointing out what went wrong and how I can fix it next time... It is still hard sometimes not to take everything personal😅
Last year I went on a couple of dates with German guys and only NOW i realized that they were actually pretty interested in me. LOL. Joss, Janic why didn't you make this video a year ago, dudes? Btw I actually like that in the beginning most germans ask you questions like on an interview, cause if you ask them back it turns out to be a efficient way to get to know each other. From Russia with love, guys! =)
I can totally agree with the "germans show their love in mysterious ways" because I feel like it will be so hard for me to tell my (future) boyfriend (hopefullly there will be one😂) that I love him, but I will do soo many things to show him
It seems like playing hard to get actually comes from the reluctance to risk. They just aren't ready to risk their feelings every time, they have to be sure.
Me encantan!
I laughed a lot when you mentioned the guys from Bayern and Sachsen, my bf comes from Dresden and even speaking english we don´t handle to understand each other sometimes. About how they show them love is so true but he is getting used to my cheesy latina personality lol!
The Germans I've talked to on the language app I'm on have always been great conversation partners. In fact many of them are so much more open, kind, and trusting than the stereotypes allow.
I´ve been smiling throughout the entire video because I´ve experienced everything you mentioned just in a week when I visited Germany last February. Shiit, I feel like going back to Germany and court the most hard-to-get man I´ve ever dated. hahaha I love your videos guy! Please keep on making German related stuff. greetings from Madrid!
Basically I'm the German in the relationship and I totally get the points. It's so funny to see how other foreigners think about the things that I was told. Sometimes I don't get the "problem" because it's normal for me to do it this way.
My GERMAN boyfriend also checks everything! It’s so annoying!! He even checked when I told him that swallowing bubble gums isn’t good or that the microwave doesn’t harm the food... 😂
Ok I'm American, but of German descent and my dad, who's fully German, researches EVERYTHING for proof 😂 and he passed that habit down to me too. When you guys said that, I couldn't help but laugh
Totally agree! I've was living in the Czech Republic for 3 years and working in a German company... and oh god! why do germans think they are always right? They certainly don't show off about stuff but they do brag about knowledge. In general I would say that europeans don't use social media like we do in America. I always feel like they're judging me for posting a lot.
I’m dating a German guy (I’m Latina too) and it’s soooo hard sometimes to read him. Can you do a video about the subtle love germans show? Because a day I feel he loves me and the second one I feel he hates me😂 please help meeee
I ALWAYS skip the sponsored section, but this one... I even replayed it. What A way to sponsor, dudes. Janik was even standing like a Mortal Combat character 🤣🤣🤣
This actually helped me understand my German crush really well! Like legit he hits every point. And as an American, I'm like, is this how all Germans behave? Idk! I need to spend more time in Germany and observe :D
Most of the items discussed are accurate. The person I am dating currently, prefers and is proud of anything related to Germany (taxation, cars, public transport, produce). Being shy (as claimed) but is also brutally honest and upfront.
I guess us Germans not showing so much emotions and feelings is deeply connected with our "dark" history. My parents for example never became that much love from their parents and that is something that they passed on to me, because they don't know how to express what they feel. I guess with further generations that is going to become much easier but for now a lot of German still seem cold or unapproachable because of that.
My german bf does most of this thing!! but he doesn't show me love, like, he says "im busy af" and for that he doesn’t talk to me for days or even 1 week 😂 but I just have to get used to it🥰
I'm Mexican and I'm dating a Norwegian guy and definitely most of the points applies for Scandinavians too. 😂🇳🇴🇲🇽 Actually many of the points I've already experimented with my baby but that's one of the funny parts of being in a multicultural relationship. 🤣🤣🤣 Greetings from Stavanger 🇸🇯🇸🇯🇸🇯
Oh joss i have a german boyfriend and sometimes he can be brutally honest 🥺 and i'm from switzerland.... Not far away but we are also taking things personal 🤷🏼♀️😂
@Edna Magallanes Or try international Cupid. I was looking on international and Latin Cupid for a girl. Or you can try your luck on German chatting sites. If you can good English, it's possible.
Holy smokes, thank god for you guys. I have been feeling so hurt by this German and he just doesn’t see how mean he is🤦🏻♀️. Idk how I’m going, or if I can adjust to this. Love you guys! 💕
Omg! I am dating a german guy and it seems almost all you mentioned describes him. 😅 I am trying my best to understand him. Maybe I will be more open minded because of you guys uploaded this video. Thanks Joss and Janik. 😁
I'm dating an Austrian guy and they're definately very straight forward, no filter. But he's very sweet and has very misterious ways of showing his love.
These are your best type of videos!!! Also joss giving some nice advice towards the end!!! Haha :) do a part 2 on the bad things for dating a Mexican :)
I actually relate to everything :) I’m also Mexican and I have a German boyfriend. Actually, everything you said is basically true. Especially the fact that he is too honest sometimes that he doesn’t even realize they say mean things to people, haha. Btw I love your videos ❤️
No idea but it can be really uncomfortable (happens to me sometimes), but the crispiest are the Germans who make tausend questions like in an interview the first time you met them
Me da mucha risa.
@@lilianarosas5185 Haha I do that and I am German. I am just very curious like many Germans and asking a bunch of questions is just a very efficient way to get to know a person. However I just do that if I assume that the person I ask so many questions and I are going to spend a lot of time together in the future. Also it is just very interesting and I hate Small Talk xD. Just ask questions back then it is not like an interview, but like a very interesting conversation that makes you understand how you will get along with that other person in very small amount of time.
OMG the not showing emotions,I'm also a wierd that take everything personal. We are in 9yrs. It's all true same way to us.. the lava love is awesome with my german.LDR for now.. so amazing feeling that I got his first time like "one second cry"explaining he missed our 3y.o boy we are in phil.
I'm a Ukrainian man and dated a German girl. Yes, her straightforward honesty was very unusual for me and I got angry many times. She said that I was just a hothead And, yes, she is always right. But it was me who got complains about not showing my love. We broke up a year ago. It is sad I did not considered the cultural features and just got mad.
I’m dating an austrian girl. And yes, I understand that last problem about being honest and show love in mysterious ways hahahahaha. And I understand pretty well the fact that I shouldn’t take everything personal, but sometimes it is just impossible. I always tell her that this is about Kulturschock. Immer.

No usan mucho redes sociales? Accurateee, no usar stickers?
Yes! My German boyfriend searches everything! 😅 They also ask a lot of questions and compare everything. Something I had a hard time getting used to at first. 😁
That's a bit weird, my Bf does the opposite or probably does the research behind my back n the comparing cos looks like he is more layed back on such n am the one doing it,, unless I ask him to,, Hehe,, I was doubting his true blood when been blunt came up,, Hehe

Omg my German boyfriend also researchs everything on Google 😂😂
I remember this time when I was in a pub with a German colleague and I was telling him that Mexico is part of North America and he was like "No, Mexico is part of Central America'' so he googled it and he realized he was wrong so he just did a weird face and didn't say I was right. I don't know why they're so entitled and proud.
So that's an experience with one guy... people are individuals...
Ikr, i think germans are just cold. Idk
@@alinamunir6933 Then you haven't met enough Germans
Mexican girl who grew up in France. I guess Europeans like to switch México from N to S when it's convenient and they do it mostly in geopolitics although in geography too. So that's why they all say: "It'S iN ThE SoUtH!". When obviously Central America starts with Guatemala and Belize, I mean unless you're blind you can see it right away on a map hahaha. Trust me they are annoying
Omg, I didn't know
I’m crying 😂 best video eeeeever guys!
Guys, I hope one day you can make a video about long-distance friendships. lOVE YOU!!
I can totally agree with the "germans show their love in mysterious ways" because I feel like it will be so hard for me to tell my (future) boyfriend (hopefullly there will be one😂) that I love him, but I will do soo many things to show him
Ay yo igual y me cagaba
It seems like playing hard to get actually comes from the reluctance to risk. They just aren't ready to risk their feelings every time, they have to be sure.
Me encantan!
I was dating a French guy and I feel you Joss! Mexican's take everything personal but I think they are also rude hahah
I'm dating a french and I also could relate to that! I think we as Latin take things more personal 🤭 we're still working on it haha
Dudeeeee, x2
I as a german would say some are true, some aren't... at lest for me
Okay most are fitting perfectly 🤣
I laughed a lot when you mentioned the guys from Bayern and Sachsen, my bf comes from Dresden and even speaking english we don´t handle to understand each other sometimes. About how they show them love is so true but he is getting used to my cheesy latina personality lol!
The Germans I've talked to on the language app I'm on have always been great conversation partners. In fact many of them are so much more open, kind, and trusting than the stereotypes allow.
Which language app are you using?
I´ve been smiling throughout the entire video because I´ve experienced everything you mentioned just in a week when I visited Germany last February. Shiit, I feel like going back to Germany and court the most hard-to-get man I´ve ever dated. hahaha I love your videos guy! Please keep on making German related stuff.
greetings from Madrid!
I want a German boy❤😍 you two are a great couple. ❤👌greetings from Honduras🇭🇳💕
Smart man never date fastidiosas latinas... hahahahahahaha just joke, no hard feelings;)
It is not about nationality. All about heart and mindset..
Basically I'm the German in the relationship and I totally get the points. It's so funny to see how other foreigners think about the things that I was told. Sometimes I don't get the "problem" because it's normal for me to do it this way.
So I should live in Germany then, cause I identify myself with German😂😅
So am I.
“Why would you go against the flow bro!” -Joss 2020 🤣
I feel the same though German. And then I do it myself. don't be offended.
Jajaja love you guys! Sadly I’m not dating a German, so I can’t corroborate any of the information, but who cares! I’m obsessed with you. 🙌🏼💙
My boyfriend is German and I 100% agree with u when you mention that something is wrong and they won't believe until they search by themselves :D :D
My german bf does most of this thing!! but he doesn't show me love, like, he says "im busy af" and for that he doesn’t talk to me for days or even 1 week 😂 but I just have to get used to it🥰
My bf is German, why he can’t be romantic 🥺🥺🥺. Also when we fight I take everything personal and I say why are you so rudeee!!! 🙈🙈🙈😅. (Im Colombian)
Me pasa lo mismo!!! Aaaaah
I'm Mexican and I'm dating a Norwegian guy and definitely most of the points applies for Scandinavians too. 😂🇳🇴🇲🇽
Actually many of the points I've already experimented with my baby but that's one of the funny parts of being in a multicultural relationship. 🤣🤣🤣
Greetings from Stavanger 🇸🇯🇸🇯🇸🇯
Me siento especial cuando llegó temprano JAJAJA ❤️
Son los mejoresss!
Oh joss i have a german boyfriend and sometimes he can be brutally honest 🥺 and i'm from switzerland.... Not far away but we are also taking things personal 🤷🏼♀️😂
“Wakanda foreva” 🤣
I'm a simple person, I see joss and janik, I click.😍😍😍😍 I love your videos, and yes most of the points really can be said also about my boyfriend.
I really enjoy all of your videos. I'm Chilean but I'm learning English and I would love to learn German and hopefully I can start soon :) greetings
Love you guys🤗 You are the perfect match ♥️
Where's my German boy? ☹️
Greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽
I'm sure he's already waiting for you :)
Hi when you want to date a German men Mexican Cupid is a good site to date a German men :) Or try Tinder. Greetings from Germany
I too research everything on Google! I always say, “Let’s beat the ignorance!”
I think I can be best friends with Germans 😂 Everything you mentioned describes my personality which creates some friction with my Mexican family! Lol
That's interesting 😂👋🏻 greetings from Germany 😊
Same and I struggle living in Colombia because of that, even though I was born here!
Same here haha!
But he's very sweet and has very misterious ways of showing his love.
you guys are for sure one of the best youtube couples i've ever followed💖💖
¡Me encantan!
These are your best type of videos!!! Also joss giving some nice advice towards the end!!! Haha :) do a part 2 on the bad things for dating a Mexican :)
Soooo relatable! I am dating a german and i checked a lot of boxes from this video jajajaja. Saludos desde Honduras dudeees❤!
I actually relate to everything :) I’m also Mexican and I have a German boyfriend. Actually, everything you said is basically true. Especially the fact that he is too honest sometimes that he doesn’t even realize they say mean things to people, haha.
Btw I love your videos ❤️
The million dollar question is why German stare too much and too long 😂
No idea but it can be really uncomfortable (happens to me sometimes), but the crispiest are the Germans who make tausend questions like in an interview the first time you met them
Me da mucha risa.
11:58 - 12:13
watermelon sugar
Janik: HIGH
I love the way you see each other while the other is talking❤❤
OMG the not showing emotions,I'm also a wierd that take everything personal. We are in 9yrs. It's all true same way to us.. the lava love is awesome with my german.LDR for now.. so amazing feeling that I got his first time like "one second cry"explaining he missed our 3y.o boy we are in phil.
Su edición es muuuy creativa!!! ❤️ no puedo no entretenerme con sus videos ❤️
Even though ukrainian people are very direct
I’m dating an austrian girl. And yes, I understand that last problem about being honest and show love in mysterious ways hahahahaha. And I understand pretty well the fact that I shouldn’t take everything personal, but sometimes it is just impossible. I always tell her that this is about Kulturschock. Immer. Ich als Mexikaner muss mich gewöhnen
update: i WAS dating. At the end, distance was enough to end this thing.
Aren't you drunk while recording this video, are you?!? Because it seems to be like that JAJAJA
I'm so like Janik, I'm mexican and I need to have the true everytime.
So great, so funny! I love you so much!!!
LOVE YALL!!!!
South African girl Married to a German man , and girl I get this video sooo much :) ❤️
My German does show me love, and I'm glad because I need a llooooooottttt of love.
Hahaha everything they mentioned is very true, my boyfriend is like that and it is annoying to a certain extent. hahaha I adore you guys✨💖
No usan mucho redes sociales? Accurateee, no usar stickers?
Yes! My German boyfriend searches everything! 😅
They also ask a lot of questions and compare everything.
I want to date a German, so I will keep in mind every word you said. Saludos desde México, me encantan sus videos😍
Use Tinder... ;)
@@janeznovak922 Maybe I will, but honestly I don't trust in Tinder
Polski! Greetings from Poland! :D
Love you guys! ❤️
Why did you leave out the sexual one 😂😂😂 would have been an ego boost for all the german fellas haha
I think they have to do it otherwise TH-cam would censored their video.
