watch out around the orange high voltage cables, and the earth should always be removed first.

but does this solve your problem? in this case, the 12V Battery doesnt start the ICE, as there is not conventional alternator. as soon as you turn the ignition, the High-Voltage system is ought to supply your 12V battery with Voltage. in that case id replace the battery at once - if it breaks down while you drive it could get problematic....

I changed my 12v battery and now all work fine, nothing wrong with the high voltage parts. 🙂
