I have checked out. While I still pride myself on attempting to turn in high-quality work, I don't go out of my way to go above and beyond. I also don't care for any interaction past the mandatory meetings. Sad but true.
I'm bored, disengaged, and unmotivated but that's probably temporary. I thought I was masking it so well until I came across this video - I am burning through my leave. I've just returned and applied for a further week off next month, missed a team meeting, and yesterday, I chose not to attend a meeting outside of business hours (something I've always done). I'm hoping to fake my engagement into the new year, so it's great to hear this so I can better mask my disengagement in the job/role.

I’m not disengaged I’m recovering from severe stress and I was hospitalized and I was hospitalized because I was burnt out and they claimed I was suicidal and gravely disabled yet I’ve been functioning and working just fine for two years
