I LOVE Jamie Raskin!!! What a great sense of humor he has. Love seeing him smile after all he physically went through & all of the insanity in Washington DC. He's the smartest man in Congress regarding Constitutional law. Everyone should remember that as we try to survive the next 4 years!!!!!

Why did the Democrats not do more to prevent an insurrectionist from becoming president? I’m so sick of this party being so weak and pathetic. They are too rich and detached from reality. People calling for this man to run for president need to stop. Why is he so happy right now? We are headed into the worst years of our lives, and we have already lived through too much.

Democrats were around a long time before women voting btw, not sure the logic here, but it sure sounds anti men, which is pretty high on the list of reasons why dems lost this time around.

I like Harris and proudly voted for her, but she was literally chosen as VP because she was a black woman. Those were Joe Biden’s words.
And she was forced on us as the 2024 presidential candidate because Biden dropped out too late.
Harris did surprisingly well considering the disadvantages Biden put on her, but we did not choose her at any point. In fact she was outright rejected in the primaries leading up to 2020.
I would love for the ranking chairs to begin putting together bills for the ready for DAY ONE when they retake the House in 2 years. No soundbite filled hearings. Just a rules committee set up to get as many bills passed by the majority party.

How come the Democrats did not bring up the Constitutionl amendment 14 section 3? Do they have something up their sleeve perhaps? I hope so!
Because the Supreme Court basically invalidated that argument with its ruling that Trump could still be on state' ballots even when he was deemed to have been an insurrectionist in lower courts.
