I lucked up a few weeks ago and got this drill for $9 on Amazon! I have both drills as well. The older one is cool but it was horrible for my natural nails because the lowest setting was too fast. The newer one is simple and gets the job done. I’m not mad at it

Would this be good for a newbie, I'm purely looking at it for nail prep and cuticle care, I only apply soak off gel polish not acrylics or anything. (Currently researching I won't be buying until I learn more and get a dust collector) Edit: you addressed this at the end I really needa stop commenting in the middle 😅

Also, you've mentioned that you are growing your nails. I've recently started doing an overlay with the clear IBD hard gel. Girl, it's working great! It gives such a protective layer to my nails. I'd love to see you try the technique and your thoughts on it.
Hi Chica Who doesn't love a new drill. I'm working on my drill work. I get freaked out when it spins around my finger. 🤯😳😵💫. It rolls around my finger which only lasts a fraction of a second. But I start yelling like someone is trying to rob me and then I curse a whole lot. This hysteria lasts about a minute. Imagine that girlfriend 😂. I'll fake it till I make it. Thanks for sharing
