    Tx for the overview. I don't see texting allowed from the app, or automated voice calls. Is that something that can be done?

      Hello! Thanks for asking. Indeed there are no native functions for this, however we've had great success with customers who integrate their third-party solution of choice to Pipedrive.
      You can find a list of these third parties here: www.pipedrive.com/en/marketplace/collections/communicate-with-leads
      AirCall and JustCall are probably the most popular but there are quite a few options.

    Is there automated email/sms sequences in the different stages? For example once I move a lead to the 4th stage can I set up an automated email with let’s say X discount that gets triggered having the software email/sms the lead with a coupon?

      Yes this is possible! Our Automation feature can automatically send an email template once a deal is moved to a specific stage in the Deals pipeline. You can also use merge-tags so that key personal data such as your "x discount" are included in the body of the template.

    Just to clarify, I see in the comments here 2 months ago communication automation for marketing directly in the app was NOT available but now it seems it is (based on the response 2 weeks ago). Am I following correctly here? You can now setup email and text conversation workflows in Pipedrive?

      Hello there! Apologies for the late reply here.
      The comment 2 months ago is asking about SMS text messages and voice calls - which indeed still require third-party integrations.
      However we do have email sync, and automated emails that can be sent directly from Pipedrive. So when it comes to email, we've got you covered with our native features. SMS text and voice calls however, you'll need third parties.
