Vincent is definitely one of the realest people in heavy music. Saw them in Hartford earlier this year, he went off after a couple idiots got themselves kicked out.

Around 26 mins in I am really proud of what Vincent said. He has come a long way over the years. I'm glad the Acacia Strain is still going. I have been a fan since 2008 when Continent came out when I was just 17.

Ive only ever seen TAS before in New England or at warped in the D. Holy fuck was that show at the shelter lit. Also that awk moment when Vincent sounded wayyyy better the next day than this video
Still one of my favorite bands to see live. I've never been so pumped watching a band on stage. They're so fucking sick! This was one of the first bands I saw that actually got the crowd to do one of the best 'wall of death' mosh pits I've seen. The circle pit is always epic with them as well, but the wall of death was fucking epic.

Honestly man, the camera angle isnt bad at all. The only down side is the speaker on the right side. Maybe lowering the camera below it would be a sick angle! (If possible)
I agree. You can see the band and some of the crowd. Its probably the best angle to have if you aren't running a multi camera operation.

Once I get a better GoPro I’ll see if multi angle is worth doing. I feel like multi angle is better when cameras are moving but mine just sit still. It was a failed experiment but I’m always open to trying new things

i dont think the angle is even that bad. theres gotta be some way to get a similar angle without cutting off part of the stage. idk the layout of the venue but couldnt you try something similar on the other side? a sticky mount to the ceiling on the other side of the room? or even the middle

@@f2bacon and this, BUT you have to wait for the crowd to get out of the venue, which can take some time (and you can't access your device when the doors are open and the crowd is already in there when the show starts).
I guess doing the record/stop recording/cam angle check can be done with a wifi app depending on your camera model.
Or maybe you run a cable from your working space (where you have a laptop or a tablet or a phone, which as a camera controlling app on it) to the camera and attach it in a way that protects it from the crowd.
And maybe the cable can be used to transfer data from the camera to your device (laptop, tablet, phone), so that you don't need to reach for your camera to retrieve your video files.
