      Yeah... in the moment is hard. Taking a few moments, calming down under pressure, thinking clearly, remembering all the action, dealing with the feelings of disappointment when thinking you may have to fold, separating the cash or tourney life from the decision. All tough.
      I'm trying to get there inculcating these into the whole picture, and I already take too long as it is!
      I really think its about regular play, repeatedly seeing similar spots/lines come up, and making peace with mistakes as long as they trigger learning.
      I'm only really playing live now, but keeping a poker journal of hands/ lessons that stand out with things I wish I would've thought about.

    The problem I have with Garrett`s 2X+ sizing on the river: Danny, as played, most likely has a range of ATs+/AJ ,and 99+, whereas his other combos (e.g. Broadways)
    were more incentivized to bluff either the Flop or the Turn. - Given that Danny will likely fold the whole Ax part (that a bluff realistically targets) of his range against most reasonable bet sizes anyways, maybe with the occasional Hero Call with AK included, betting that HUGE does not really achieve that much;
    especially as it also polarizes Garrett`s value range to AA; maybe sometimes a very thin KK.
    - Feels to me like Garrett`s weak spot is shoving on rivers (as a part of an exploitative non-GTO strategy) too aggressively;
    - his punt (sorry to say that) with 44 vs. 55 , set over set, against Wesley, comes to my mind.

      Bottomline is Daniel is the wrong opponent for this type of exploitative play. He's too smart and too sneaky. He also is prone to making hero calls in big spots. Garrett's line didn't make sense. Curious what Daniel would have done if Gman triple barreled? Would you have believed his river shove then Daniel?

The check on the turn by DNeg was the "trick" that misread Garret. I think we all are going to bet on the Turn for sure. My only thought was, if checking on turn, you probably wont get any value on the river if another blank comes (assuming Garret check the river)
