Love your energy! Your videos are very helpful & inspiring.
For smaller merchandise, like gift items (candles, jewelry, cards, etc.) Is there an amount you recommend purchasing for a small boutique (1000 square ft)? I'm not sure if 10, 20, or more of each is best when stocking your shelves for non clothing items.

What is the sq.ft of your store? Looking at retail spaces and determing what size I want.

What do you use for your text list ? Your videos are so inspiring, I myself I’m a boutique owner and I’m so interested and how you gained subscribers❤️❤️

I use Post Script! Super user friendly and you can set up different lists! You can have your customers enter their number on your site to save 10% off and then they are subscribed- here’s mine for example: voguesocietyboutique.com/pages/vsb10-subscribe-page

On your sale items in the back...I'm assuming you are changing the price in your POS system but how do you indicate it's a sale item? Only at checkout or do you mark the tags with a sticker or something? Thanks ❤️

Hey!! Great question- I go heavy on markdowns because if they need to go on sale, they aren’t moving and I need them gone so I go right to 50% off. The whole room is 50% off and we have signs that say so. I change the price in the system from say $50 to $25 for example. I also make little stickers on my dymo label printer that say “50% OFF FINAL SALE” and we stick them on all the tags of the sale items :)
